The Sunset Beach branch doesn't understand that a freeze is not water. They crush the ice till water level and when asked to not do that I got shouted at because I didnt ask for that when I placed the order. Because to me, in my brain and at all the other branches when I've placed a freeze order i didnt receive water in return. It was crushed ice!! Not water!! Then she threw the drink out. All annoyed and full of attitude. Put ice in the blender and blended it TILL WATER AGAIN!!! 😆 What a joke! You don't listen, your attitude stinks and you definitely don't understand your job. Because a freeze is now cold water aparently. Worse experience ever! You just lost a regular!
I went with 7k cash to purchase a frost free fridge/freezer. But the 3 guys at the fridge department was not interested in making a sale as me enquiring about the fridges was too annoying for them. Whilst making the decision when I turned around all 3 of them were missing and the landline was ringing off the hook. Baring in mind at this stage I was only at that department for about max 10min in total . Asking about fridge measurements and brands was way too jnr for either of them. They made me feel exceptionally unwelcome and annoyed. I then decided to take my pennies elsewhere, even if its going to cost me more. Those *****s aint getting it!!
I've been on yaga for many years and it used to be so much fun buying & thrifting on the platform. Now it's miserable. The prices of things are inflated coz it's become a business for some and the selling doesn't want to loose out and still benefit with profit etc. Thrifting is getting rid of your preloved things which is no longer serving you but still in a good condition to serve someone else for a ***** of the price. But noooo influencers who were literally given things for free is selling it for the same price as if they paid for it. Haibo! Anywho the other day a purchase comes through on my yaga store. Person dm me on Wednesday of that week on yaga asking when am I sending the shoe they bought on that Monday. I'm like oh I'll send it tomorrow - Thurs. I check it's a paxi order. OK cool next day drive all the way to paxi. Check the sale again. It's changed to pudo. I'm like whaaat... 👀 Ha aah anyways apologize leaves paxi. Makes my way to pudo, realizing I haven't wrapped this purchase Orrr written the label. Gosh pep pulls through for me with wrapping, tape, pen and paper. So grateful! Pep N1 City you guys rock, then I move to pudo N1 city. Put in the pin, says pin does not exist. I'm like what!? 🤔 How. Try again.... 👀 And again.... Quadruple checking, nope does not exist! Cool, phone the number, Zanel doesn't aparently know about this purchase AND SHE HAS BEEN GETTING CALLS ALL DAY SAYING THE SAME STORIES! 😭 I'm like yooooo I'm so annoyed now. Like how childish! Anyways long story short, yaga used to be cool. It ain't no more. Just look at this play, how even possible. So much time and effort wasted.
I have never had an issues with sending goods with paxi until 25 November 2024. However that parcel that day is till date lost!! And getting hold of them is like pulling chicken teeth! No one answers the call Centre or you on hold for decades like someone who doesn't have work to do. Then you try the WhatsApp and gosh what a solid waste of time and energy. You wait for hours and then finally an agent responds and you have 90 seconds to respond back to him. Where in the world was this system arranged 👀 gosh i am appalled! And all I want to do is speak to someone but nope not an option. Parcel still missing. Tracker just says failed to deliver under investigation. It's 19 December, tried to log a complaint via the website, can't!!! They don't even have an email address and no1 till date has informed me of anything but my "claim has been scaled to an agent". Lord take the wheel!

Apart from the putrid network generally, especially during loadshedding - then I have absolutely no network coverage. I'm also loosing out on night data, coz why am I paying for night data when Im not even using it, I'm asleep! Decision: let's Cxl this contract. Then it got to call between office hours. Then it must be via the cancelation line. Then you have to answer all the security questions correctly or they can't Cxl the contract. Only 1 shot per call. So you have to call back everytime. Girl answering the phone sounds like ****** everytime. Have you know I had this contact for over 10yrs. My nr changed twice since then. Had to call 5 times cos I wasn't logged into the app, there after only my contract could be cxld. Make it make sense!?! 😂 Good riddence!
After I posted my last complaint Friday 8 Dec 18:45 I got an email 18:48 "Dear Valued Customer FNB High Priority Complaint reference 5642695NF has been sent to Customer Resolution Centre. 0875759408. A Consultant will contact you within 24-48 Business hours." thinking OK someone is awake at this bank shiz going to happen Monday - coz let's not be fooled nothing was going to happen over the weekend. This is SA I'm not in denial! However..... I'm still waiting for them to contact me regarding the closing of the premier account!! #jikes! It's Tuesday 12 Dec 15:31 already! I however secure messaged them yesterday and have it in writing where the consultant tells me they will NOT refund me if I should pay the R250 for the bank charges accumulating on that account due to their negligence for not closing the account as requested on 7 November. She is reading the messages and don't see where I requested the close of the account. Send her the screenshot because the messages dissappear and I'm not dumb. She all of a sudden don't get the image!! So if I have it correctly, when you ask for accounts to be closed and they fail to close it you MUST pay them for their lack of common sense for every month that that account is open after you have sent request in writing for it to be closed!! And YOU must harass them to close it otherwise you not doing their job for them!!! And my favorite is the attitude you receive when being gatvol of dealing with incompetence and saying the same thing over and over. I have never in my life come across such pathetic service! What a load of ****!! Bye FNB you've just lost a customer!
The only time I get anything done at FNB is when I write a poor review on here!! It saddens me that it's come to this everytime! Since 7 November I have been waiting for an account to be closed and I have been under the impression the account is closed because that's what Winston of secure chat told me. To only discover week's later the account is still there and I have been transacting in it accidentally. It was supposed to take 5-7 days to close with no reference number given. I am now being charged bank charges and is being forced to pay the bank charges or else the account won't be closed!! 😑 Other than that I have also taken out car insurance and man do I regret this!! I can't get hold of No1!! They don't answer their phones. They don't respond to emails and nothing can be done via secure chat!! And my absolute favorite is that the insurance was only supposed to kick in 1 Jan 2024 - but my first debit went off 1 Dec 2023 already!!!! Like WTHELL is going on FNB!!?? 🤔 🙈 😑 I REFUSE to pay R250 to close an account I closed 7 November and I would like to cancel the car insurance with immediate affect and be refunded for that ******* debit. If you're this *********** - I don't want to know what other trauma lies ahead for me!
I'd like to know why if you don't have funds - as in your broke, poor... No money in the bank. Does the bank still charge you R105 for every debit that bounces?? Surely if you had money you'd ensure it's in the bank for the debits not to bounce right?? Or at least that's how I roll. But Nooooo here at fnb they charge you R105 for not having money. 5 debits bounces, that's R525 for not having money 😂 when you do eventually get a job and money comes in, you a whopping R525 shorter. Thanks fnb for *****ing me further when I'm trying to atleast crawl!
The staff is always friendly and eager to assist. I ordered Haleem out of season once and the chef made me a fresh pot! And now they serve haleem all year round 😍 The food is delicious, portion size is favorable and my delight is when the chef comes to check up on your table to introduce himself and thank you for dining by them and answer any questions you may have. Such great hospitality - keep up the good work guys!!
