Takealot has started lying to Customers now. I've placed two orders on the 18/12/2025 separately and selected delivery to be the next day. One order delivered and the other one they said they have insufficient delivery address details. How is that possible whereas one has been delivered and that's the address I've been receiving on ever since and now they not phoning and deliver. Disgusting service ever, sies.
Hi Trevor here. I just received the worst service ever, no communication was sent through to me regarding installment and period regarding the loan. Only saw Drive Away SA coming to collect my car even if I propose to payoff the settlement nobody is willing to attend to me. A car that worth over R500k taken away for R68k. Won't let this happen will fight till the end. I've dealt with Amanda Boshoff through cell number.
Yellowood alpha pharmacy's staff is very rude I went there for some meds and the two African staff members and one Indian female were very rude in such a way that I even had to leave without buying what I needed. I've been told that I won't be assisted if I'm slow to download my medical aid app and one of them even told me that she could be very mean towards me as she needed to go home.
These ones are very quick when it comes to debit orders but restoring connection takes for ever. I've been waiting and waiting same thing like last month. I don't have internet connection but I've paid.
Crooks who sided with their client's driver who bumped into my car and they didn't even provided me with footage as promised since their client's truck had a camera. I wish nothing but downfall for this entity, I hate it for those that might have to deal with it in future be warned.

Poor poor service from Mr D, been using this platform for a long time but yesterday they returned my order at the store without contacting the number I provided them with and now they not wanting me to go fetch my items and they don't wanna refund me all my money whereas what I ordered is not something prepared.
I've been paying for the platinum policy for over 3 years and this morning I woke up on an email advising me that my policy has lapsed due to non payment whereas I've been trying to contact them for several times with no lucky. There's even one stage where I needed assistance during high level of the pandemic and the whatsapp wasn't replied to and today you are telling me that my policy has lapsed. I need it reinstated asap as I can not afford for waiting periods if I re-sign up.
Very incompetent company to deal with and worst service ever. Even the staff at RAM are very relaxed complaints are not taken serious because they are used to them 2nd time i am canceling my rain Sim card order simply because RAM keeps on lying about delivery.
Very disgusting service delivery from RAM for my Vodacom parcel, initially the parcel nearly be delivered in my old address and I called Vodacom to cancel the contract since I wasn't happy with RAM service. I even said to RAM its fine I will go collect from my old address but what they did they return the parcel back to their warehouse. Yesterday they lied to me saying the driver is outside my work address he will contact me shortly which has never happened and I even went outside to check him. RAM doesn't even update you if they didn't deliver.
