I havent had water for Four days apparently they installed a new meter for me cz the previous bursted i was told not to buys until they get me a new one so i had water. 4days ago they sorted that and nobody bothered to updated me that i have new meter number. At night thursday after taking a shower the water switched off i assumed its fixed, following morning i bought water with my old M/N still no water. Mind you i its friday i am going to work, in the afternoon i receive a new meter number ok sharp i bought water but still i am not getting water. I hve been reporting since Saturday morning still nobody is bothered to sort out my water issue. I am sooo frustrated how can someone survive without water for four days.
WORSE DRIVING SCHOOL EVER, I PAID FOR DRIVING LESSONS AND PAID FOR FOR ALL BUT I KEPT BEGGING FOR MY LAST LESSON UNTIL I WENT TO ANOTHER DRIVING SCHOOL TO ASSIST. WHEN I REQUESTED FOR A REFUND THEY REFUSED THEY SAY THEY DONT DO REFUNDS. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A MISTAKE TO USE THIS DRIVING SCHOOL. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN, WITH VERY POOR SERVICE DELIVERY. NOW I AM BEING THREATENED FOR REQUESTING MY REFUND.
25.05.2025 I DID A LAYBY FOR A FRIDGE AT BRADLOWS AFTER 3 PAYMENTS I REALIZED THAT ALL THE PAYMENTS I HAVE MADE A NOT GETTING RECEIPTED AND NOT REFLECTING ON THE STATEMENT THEY ARE SENDING. I HAVE CONTACTATED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE AND SENT ALL PROOF OF PAYMENTS AND STILL MY PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFLECTING AND NOT GETTING HELP WITH THE ISSUE
Nedbank claims they incorrectly credited my credit card with R2500 however there is no record of that credit on my credit card transactions showing an amount of R2500 being being added on that account. Instead i am being given a statement showing this credit that never even reflected on my transaction list coming on the account. Simply i request prove of that money on my account transactions and me spending it, if the statement shows it then as well at the transaction record of the account must reflect it.
Yoh i am sooo fed up of Nedbank honestly they are forever ****ming my credit account its either the adding ghost transactions or not receipting my payments. 1. Early this fought for not receipting my debit order payment after 10 days eventually they did monthly statement came out i even had a credit from over paying. Yesterday 2days later i work up with a balance of zero on that account balance available vanished, money disappeared on my card n they claim it was double credited at some point but it was never. Honestly i am exhausted now every now and then Nedbank is trying to **** me and i have to fight them. I am tired now
I accidentally selected a wrong size on Bra that was part of my R1400 cash purchase. Order got delivered n same day after opening i realised its wrong size immediately within 3 hours of delivery tried to log return they refused, spoke to customer support n explained they refused. If u use common sense It less then 24hrs of delivery meaning i ddn get get the time to use it secondly this means Tfg all their staff they don’t believe in human error n mistakes cz their perfect, Lastly why even sell something thats can not be returned online if they dont believe in errors n mistake cz they know it cant be returned. I feel very ****med and i always spend alot at foschini yet they are inconsiderate n selfish. Other retail stores allow underwear return when return logged immediately after seeing error on size cause they use common sense.
They are ****s it absolutely ridiculous that they fail to reason. I contacted them thousand times updating them about change of employment which resulted to change of pay date to avoid incurring interest on my payment i gave proof from my current employer. Still they processed payment on the 25th but instead of 27th n added interest, i soooo ****ed everybody there is stupid plain dum. What type of a business doesn’t have arrangements to pay?
PayJustNow refuses to change debit dates for current orders which i have explained n gave proof that I have just got a new job so my pay date changed from the 25th to 27th i will not have the money on the 25th. My new employers HR provided proof of new employment pay dat to submit to pay justNow n any other places that debit my accounts on the 25th which i emailed to payJust now. Its ****es me that they will charge interest on the payment due whereas i have tried to make sure i don't miss payment. This is absolutely ridiculous of them they ****ming people by purposely adding interest on missed payment. I am not say the wont pay but saying i will not have payment on the 25th but definitely will have it for on the 27th which is my new pay date
On the 26/10/204 Order No.129556519- I MADE AN ORDER WITH 3 CRYSTAL VALLEY FULL CREAM LONG LIFE MILK 1LITRE BUT I ONLY RECEIVED 1 MILK AND ONLY NOTICED AFTER 48hours. which made it my loss but fact is they did not deliver my full order and they scanned 3 delivered instead of 1. what makes me angry is that this is not the first time they did this.
I have never been this dissapointed, i purchased a dress worth R600 a month ago at Foschini in ballito and only wore it for the 3rd time yesterday when i just got in town it was torn two holes. Why is foschini selling us clothes with cheap material at such costly prices? A dress costing 600 cannot be worn twice it is suppose to quality. It waa purchased more then 30days ago and i don't have a slip anymore so its my loss. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone for quality clothing.
