Fast and profesional service.
Needed a remote for my TV, from the start Elizabeth Motaung was an absolute star. Very professional. As there was no stock available she said she will find one and call me back. A few hours later she called back and had the correct remote available for me. How refreshing to have someone actually do a fantastic job! Thank you to Elizabeth!

Real service.
It is pleasant to have a company that when you call them you get to speak to a human after only 1 selection. What is even better is that the people you speak to not only listens but actually understands what you need.

Great branch staff
After very poor service from the FNB Customer Care call center. Worst service we had in 50 years! The following 2 ladies, Tshepiso Motene & Mildred Ncanyane from the Westgate Branch went out of their way to assist us. FNB needs more staff like them especially in the Customer Care department who could not assist.

Won money on there site, but unable to redeem the funds. There is no contact number for them and a standardized e-mail gets send that does not explain how the get your funds. But the very quick and easy to take your money!

Pay 12 Months and get 1 Month free is scam!
What a lie the Pay 12 Months and get 1 Month free is. Please do not fall for this scam! Reason I changed to the pay 12 Months was with a debit order you suddenly see all sorts of amount go off your account from Multi Choice as well as to save money,… not the case. Not to mention the endless days!!! DAYYYYYYSSSSSSS!!! You stand there with no one knowing what to say! 2017 – Paid 12 Month subscription. 2018 – 11 Months later DSTV gets cut as I am 1 Month short! As it was a system error,… it was never loaded so I need to pay the 12th Month at the new price,… Next Month I pay the Following 12 Month subscription! 2019 – 11 Months later DSTV gets cut again!!!!!!!!! As I am 1 Month short! After complaining I was told it was not loaded by the agent!!!! AGAIN! I need to pay the 12th Month at the new price even I am not at fault,… Next Month I pay the Following 12 Month subscription! 2020 - 10 Months later DSTV gets cut because there was an incorrect price given so I need to pay R782.00! Now in Month 11 I am again, again R782 short,……. And was reminded that I need to pay my 12 Month subscription again next month!!! So first Year the poor quality system was to blame. Next Year it was the incompetent staff! This they don’t know!!! I see this as a total scam!!! No money for you this year!!!!

Performance done proper
Took my vehicle for a Stage 1 Conversion. While there SAC picked up that my radiator had a leak and my fuel pump was faulty. As the vehicle is used for off-road driving in remote areas, either of these can leave me stranded. I was called and updated about the faulty parts. As they are critical components, I was not only given quote to repair with manufacturers parts, but asked if they should rather first make sure my vehicle is safe for off-road running condition and then we can later do the performance conversion. It is not often you find a company that does a proper job but also puts your safety above their pocket. Have to say with the repairs and Stage 1 Conversion not only is it ready for the next adventure it pulls like a steam train!

DEKRA a no go!
Bought 2nd hand car, was told that a DEKRA test is a good option to add for peace of mind. DEKRA gave the car a clean bill of health. Only to find out after I got the vehicle has LOTS of issues. Electrical issues. 4x4 does not engage. 4L does not work. Front diff lock does not engage. Rear diff lock does not unlock. Diff lock air release blocked. Battles to start. Car dies if driven more that 20km. Airlock in fuel tank. Fuel tank not connected correct. Lights are not set for road, point everywhere but the road. Bonnet clip broken. Accident damage on front left. When I called DEKRA they told me they do not actually check any 4x4 aspects. They also do not check eclectics. They do not look for accident damage or see if the lights are correct. When I asked what do you the check,… apparently the normal car things. But only for normal cars, not a 4x4. Still took my money! DEKRA never picked up electric issues the car does not starts or drive. So what they did, not even they know!!!! Take your car to the AA, they actually do check your car properly!!!!

Scam of the yearly payment
<p>This is now the 2nd time DStv has scamed me out of money buy saying if i pay for 12 months upfront I get 1 mont free,...</p> <p> </p> <p>In fact not only do you not get a month free it only lasts for 8 months then you have to pay again,... Even with confirmation of the time from DStv, they just change their mind.</p> <p> </p> <p>Money stealing scheam!</p>
