Make sure you research first before buying counterfeit items from this company. Most of their items are way below standards. One would actually see by holding it physically that its purely ****.They also hide full information from clients , I recently purchased two mascots and all without batteries. You cant find the batteries locally at all. This is purely a ****!!!!
Absa Bedfordview should consider closing the branch as it is malfunction. You walk in and stay for 30min without anyone even talking to you. You look around there are only customers seated. No staff. Better close the branch please or hire many people seeking employment.
Am very much worried about the growth of this business especially their policies on foreign nationals who intend to buy vehicles from them. To say that they don't need to do business with non locals who are exporting is a cause for concern. They need to work out this if they want to be one of the best suppliers in the continent.
For years if not decades they have stood the ground in quality products but I don't know what's going on with their quality department. They are now having lot of **** things that are not durable. Just last winter I bought nice sleep ons that I only wear few times but the saw it's already falling of. The undergarments as well are falling off on stitching that was not happening few years back with woolies products.
This company is a complete joke I tell you. I have been loyal for a very long period and just missed payment with 1 day. They have disconnected their services. No wonder why they lose more customers everyday. I might just forget about them
After running their company so well, they have decided to change into a monster of new measures milking their customers who stood by them from the onset. Imagine forced delivery? If one opts to collect on their own they are now charged R35 or so. The worst part is going to collect and you are told they have changed pick up location to a further 10km return. Frustrating indeed.
My parcel having been idle at an unknown address without proper communication from them. Imagine buying online and getting this. Surely they should be explanations somewhere.
OMG! Why are we still having archaic companies still operating? No urgency in delivering parcels. No response to messages. Surely they need to research what we call a refined courier company. The values. Expectations. Etc
I was a pass by customer with afrihost due to my router not being compatible with their sim card but i must say i have never came across with a company that is so refined in terms of communication as Afrihost. If you send a call back within 60 seconds they always call you back. thumbs up to Sbongile and Celester. they really take the company forward. I really recommend them to anyone
I find it so hard to believe that after submitting a complain nothing was really agreed upon in resolving the issue. I understand that Vodacom values the importance of time lost in other businesses as well. I believe someone out there might be bringing the name Vodacom into disrepute due to lack of experience or taking clients for granted. The brand called Vodacom is so huge such that the management shouldn't allow that.
