Terrible service, incorrect pricing advertised on bedroom suite ,sales staff refuses to call the manager ,the manger could not assist and does not take accountability for the false advertising in store .
False hope, false advertising, misleading black friday deals on the Vodapay app, deals advertise for the Vodastore did not state limited stock/while stocks last,misleading words such as out of stock rather than sold out was used, quantity showed 1 but out of stock, app cashed 12 mid night when black friday starts and stays out of order for an hour, then a few items were loaded after every hour but out of stock items on the biggest mark down products which were advertised , I asked for a RAIN CHECK on one of the out of stock item and was told it is not possible due to the terms and conditions however the T&Cs does not specify the Vodastore mini app in the Vodapay app it just mentions third party apps and general products and services nothing is in writing saying Vodastore promotions rules, according to I as the consumer I have the right to state the unfairness of this nature, the company created some advertising to draw people and it made me wait hours until the product became available but out of stock which clearly is a marketing scheme, some companies like to show off what they can do but it's just a bluff and will never take accountability,it has been an awful and disheartening experience for me,i dont think I will look forward to another black friday it is truly a waste of time.
The biggest Schemers,i dont advise anyone to do business with this company, they always sending me messages to try and save you money and if they unable to beat your current insurance they reward you with R500, iv been getting constant sms, emails and calls to do a quote and get R500 so i gave in and sacrificed time during business hours to do the quote only to find out after a year that my comprehensive cover with PMD was unbeatable, after wasting my time and credit score which has been also effected with these checks i have been told i do not qualify for the R500 reward cause i was quoted after a year, in order to get the R500 you have to wait 2 years so why pest me to do the quotes via sms, emails and calls encouraging me that i will get R500? this R500 is very misleading and is used to take advantage of people, its been falsely presented, the consultant that quoted me has not advised me before doing the quote and i asked her about the R500 only at the end of the call i was told i dont qualify and 2 years t&cs was never explained so this whole reward with outsurance is waste of time and credit score they always offer higher premiums, you realy dont get anything out.
Terrible service, No feedback and very poor service delivery, unable to provide solutions and give accurate information, the company i worked for retrenched me so i filled out, signed and provided the required documents, one of them was bank confirmation letter, i follow up a week later and was told payment was getting released same day, everything was quite until i phoned 3 business days later and spoke to 3 different agents at 3 different time slots as each promised a call back within an hour which did not happen, i was given different stories one says all verification was done they will find out and get back to me, the other agent said he will check and call me back,no call, the last agent says they need the bank to verify my account then say they got the verification a day before so i asked what is the delay? They say it still needs to go through SARS? Everything supposed to be done before payment, payment is the last process why does it take another for payment verification and then it must still go to SARS? This is the worst company to deal with as they cannot provide proper information and give feedback, the customer must always call them, they can not stick to time and give inaccurate dates, they are very unprofessional and i dont not recommend anyone to do business with a company like this, they only good for taking your money.
Terrible service,iv been reffered by my network GP to a pedpediatrician as an emergency at Netcare hospital, i ended up paying cash for the pedpediatrician and for Radiology as momentum health 4 me is not accepted by Netcare hospital, due to the refferal from momentum says that they pay up to R1200 for specialist visits, i sent all relevant documents and followed up after 2 business days, the consultant says that the radiology has put in a claim therefore the payout has been approved and will completed on the 15/3/2024 i told the consultant i sent proof of cash payment and Netcare does not take health4me how is this possible, she says they sent an email for the claim, so i called the radiology and spoke to accounts they said it does not make sense and sent an email to momentum stating that i paid cash and their is no record on their system requesting a claim from momentum, so the consultant says she will escalate it to claims it been 2 weeks i follow up i do not get any feedback, i am told that i must wait 14 business days for feedback? Why is service so rediculious and simple things cannot get resolved?
Worst petrol station ever, no customer service,they don't care, I purchased a BP fuel voucher worth R440 through Vodacom drive to 3 bp stations who say they offline and they don't do vouchers finally go to BP opposite Greenstone Mall they say the know how to redeem the voucher but ask their colleagues for help, they manage to put in the voucher but it declines, the manager tries it still declined, I get turned away to sort it out on my own, I spent 2 hours using up my own airtime phoning Vodacom and BP customer care the problem was with BP their system is having issues with the R440 vouchers, they tell me to send a email which I did, with no turnaround time I am stranded without fuel cause some people like me get paid last day of the month, when will I get a working voucher, I have no idea?will I ever get compensatiled for my inconvenience as bp system issue has costed me much more for what I have paid for my voucher,i doubt so, end result BP garage is not worth supporting,rather give the business to campanies who care.
Horrible service, I just purchased the Bennett read copper & rock pot set from Game store today being day 1, the unhelpful Rep could not show us the pots so my wife and I opened it when we got home, the poor quality and workman ship was unbelievable, the pots were bent the lid left big spaces that you could fit a R5 coin into the pot while the lid was on, the pots looked off shape so in great disappointment my wife called Tevo and spoke to the customer care in which they told my wife it is not their problem as we must take the pots from were we bought them from as we never buy from their Tevo store, they say said my wife must go back to Game Stores, my wife called Game customer service and they said it not their brand Tevo is the brand that sells Bennett read and we must speak to them, such unprofessional idiots that work at Tevo, how can they not take responsibility for their brand? I will never buy a Tevo brand ever again such disgusting service.
Vodacom has been billing me for a Fibre line that I have canceled in October 2022 now we are in March 2023, i phoned the customer care and address the issue, they refer me to billing were I had to repeat myself then billing refers me to the Fibre department were I had to repeat the same issue 3 times to other departments in the Fibre call centre, eventually I managed to log a service request and was told to wait 48 business working hours, after waiting I get a email to say that it was a mistake and i will get credited for the Fibre charge and the Fibre account will be closed, today I checked my statement for March and found that I am still being billed for Fibre, this is not acceptable in which I as the customer has to be inconvenced,it's fustrating and irrelevant to be billed incorrectly and even more frustrating to keep on phoning Vodacom to fix this problem, the service is terrible, people from customer car to billing can't do their jobs, how do they pass training or do they ever go for training, the level of service is bad and I will never recommend Vodacom to any family and friends, I will finish up my contracts and close my account with them.
False advertising and terrible customer service, I saw a promotion on Hunters Dry 6 pack @R17 from Makro liquor on onecart online shopping,the item is highlighted green with a add to cart option, when pressing add to cart the app/website does not add it to cart, when call customer care, the lady says it's a error and I cannot choose that product and they have asked I.T to fix it however she has avoided the issue of advertising something incorrect and mislead the customer as her tone over the phone had a don't care attitude like she is doing me a favour,onecart is unprofessional and very poor in productivity, they specialize in online shopping yet their is always a problem with the items they advertise, i also did not get my R150 voucher as I had a similar issue when I registered and they cleared my shopping cart and asked me to reorder.
The biggest sceemers, such a rip off company was sold a car valued at R190000 which was advertised with a clean Dekra report (gold sticker) meaning the vehicle not suppose to have faults, upon testing the vehicle I found the radio had a sound issue and other issues such as machanical issues which were notice within 24 hours of purchase I was told to have the vehicle examined and send through quotes, the radio had a fault which could not be repaired and the solution was to replace it with a new one, the suspension had alot of faults, after 2 months of following up I get a call from the branch manager saying they are only willing to replace the radio as I did not write down the other faults when I signed the contract, having not much choice I agreed for the radio replacement I was then told to buy the radio and provide a invoice as proof of purchase or send a bank statement and proof of payment via the bank so I did mention to the branch manager that I will be borrowing the cash so I will pay cash for the radio he then said make sure you tell the borrower payment will take 72 hours, after buying the radio cash I followed up after 72hours I then told I must send proof of payment from via the bank , this company is such a rip off, why does it matter how you pay for something when you have proof which is the receipt or invoice that can be verified with the company if a purchase was made,these are the excuses that they make not to pay clients and how they mess you around when your buy a vehicle from them, it's been the most horrible experience buying a car from we buy cars.
