The staff member that helped me said the manager removed two cases of Black Label beer because it reached the maximum limit. I have received the most horrible service from Game including their agents who has made empty promises. On the 29/02/24 I bought Hisense 90cm Freestanding Gas Cooker HFS90GA5EBL and their turnaround deliver time is 2-5days. I bought a deal in May which expired in October and when requested a refund inform of just crediting my account they referred me to their refund policies. 1. No one goes up and read the terms and conditions when purchasing a deal. 2. Their refund policies seek to to oppress their customers because the deal was not claimed by the merchant so they have nothing to loose, they can offer a credit in the account like Hyperli does. I personally believe they are unfair, inconsiderate of their customers and it's unfair business practice. From now onwards, I am even blocking their adds and will never make use of them ever again, I will stick with Hyperli.

Makro Ottery is just the best. I completed an online purchase and when i arrived at the store the service was just out of this world and i ended up buying few more other items and the lady that assisted with my online order made me to constantly make use of their online service.
I would like to acknowledge particular the Clinique stall the lady that normally assist me, the service is out of this world, she goes out of her way to assist customers and gives the best service ever.
