The music was exceptional and created an amazing vibe. Unfortunately, the service needs improvement, drinks arrived late and warm, and the food was also delayed, impacting what could have been a great night.
I have been trying to cancel my insurance since 22 February 2023, to date I have received no feedback. I have called several times and each time the call waits inline for +-30min until it is ended on the other side. Calling other departments doesnt help either because they transfer the call. Can someone please assist to end this scam.
I have just been called by my medical aid scheme to settle a copayment of almost R2000 while I lie on my deathbed in hospital because of a procedure I didn't ask for that is standard as it's my first time. How convenient is this? Can you not wait? Can my medical aid not negotiate this till post illness? What am I paying you for then? If administration has to be handled by me on my sick bed? It's unfair to expect me to pay this amount at short notice and then fail to do what administration should be doing for me, administering on my behalf!!!!
Installed gate motor on the 25th May, the gate broke down twice before the 30th May. When called he ignores the calls, whatssap and all other mediums of communication. Name is Scelo Tshuma. I bought an Asian salad at Checkers Wilrogate about 30min ago. Got home and tried to dish up only it smells rotten, the leaves are all wilted, soggy and browned. It looked ok at the store and I checked the dates but it rotten. I will never return to the store or any Checkers ever again. This is not the 1st time I've bought a horrible already prepared salad that did not meet the standard however I thought enough time had passed. Disappointed that you'd pass off rotten food to customers. It is disgusting. Clearly health and lives of customers are a secondary concern.
I upgraded and cancelled an old one that had lapsed in November 2020 however I got billed for both accounts this month and the consultants in the upgrade/cancellation department are sending me from pillar to post. One said the cancellation was still pending and they are not sure why. Another said I got billed for both because the consultant who initially dealt with the upgrade made an error and I got charged both without the contract discount and that they would escalate and ensure I was credited. I've been on the phone for an hour and both times I was sent around to every department and eventually my call got cut. Please reimburse me or cancell all the contracts I have with vodacom. Thank you.
I forgot their names, however, the gentleman that delivered my couch were exceptional. My door was small but they made sure it fit. All three of them were patient and understanding. Thank you.
Just to clarify. Mcdonals Beyers Maude. I went to their drive thru to order a big mack at 19:45 this evening. They are apparently out of acidic cold drinks. They offered juice, and other energy drinks. At my own cost. Knowing they are responsible for this inconvenience which has caused my inconvenience.
I ordered furniture from them in August. They promised to deliver within 21 days. I paid the total amount. A month later when I followed up they were not done. They said they had encountered delays but that they would deliver within that week. Around the 21st of September. I patiently waited for delivery for two weeks. When I contacted them again they promised to deliver that week. This has been happening for over 3months. Every week they promise to deliver. I have requested a refund from them to no avail. I contacted the owner Maanda Nematandani, he ignored me. I contacted Lerato who advised that I talk to the owner. I have contacted both their pages on Instagram and Facebook. They were all ignored. I went to the show room and it has apparently been deserted for a while. The security officer advised that I was the 15th person to come there, this includes a lady who went there with cops. I will pursue them until I find my money. Thank goodness for CIPC.
I applied for a layby a month ago and still havent heard back. I have made several follow up and still don't understand what the hold up is. I was told to call the store I had chosen (Clearwater) I did but no one picks up and I am still waiting. This is poor service. A layby is still business.
