Here is to all Renault Kwid owners. Renault has decided to discontinue the timing chain on the Renault Kwid so if you need to replace it they are going to send you a bigger one and you then have to change all the parts around it to make it fit so extra costs and a chance of damaging the motor. Second don’t think of complaining because then you will deal with the following people Malcolm Perrie, Lucy from Client services and the very incompetent branch in Vanderbijlpark. To date this has been the worst experience of manipulation and lying. Third don’t think that the branch closest to you will know about this change as the head office did not even know what’s going on in their own company. So best thing is to do get rid of the car ASAP as dealing with the Motus group is virtually impossible.

I have been a client to Vox for a few months and since the beginning of each month until the end the Internet throttles at exactly 20h00 I have reported this directly to Wesley Jameson and to date he has made no effort to sort this out. I use MANN-IT and even they have reported this to Wesley but I think he is probably too important for one client so I am still paying this internet and receiving half the service that I pay for. Thank you vox telecom for you brilliant service and watch out with the economy as it is your not to powerful to close your doors from this type of service.
What has happened to Takealot from giving good service to being one of the worst service providers I have delt with I have being awaiting a return for nearly a week no response no feedback and every time I call just excuses and a runaround wake up Takealot Amazon is coming.
Be careful when using computicket they have the tendency not to let you know when an event has been canceled as the longer they hold onto your money it seems the better for them if you have booked anything through them phone ahead of the time and find out if its still on as they will not contact you, Ow and don't ask for a manager they in a meeting always. We buy cars is very quick to sell you a car but once the paper work starts prepared to battle to receive your registration documents as they have no idea what they doing especially the Germiston branch. There service is just bad. they love to pass you from pillar to post and nobody knows what going on. So for a very bad shopping experience got to we buy cars or rather support the small guy selling cars and receive a personal face to face experience where you are not just a number but a client. We Buy Cars once bitten twice shy I will never buy a car by you again your service is pathetic.
I attempted to go to the African Bank branch again in Vereeniging Three Rivers but again there systems are off line but not only that again I received the worst treatment from the personal. When I asked when will they be back on line and why are they always off line all I got was a shoulder shrug and then she turned her back on me while I was still talking. So now I am still unable to go onto my banking app as they are never online to help and I am still awaiting a response from the last complaint that I put through but they have not even sorted that out yet. I see a banks doors are going to be closing in the near future with this kind of service.
Today i went into African bank due to the fact I could not get on my banking nor swipe my card. On arriving the branch was offline and there phones were down so I had to call the client services from my cell phone while I sat in front of the consultant. The branch manager was not available and then on top of it all the guy I spoke to on the phone wanted me to remember an amount I purchased last on airtime as a security question. I was also told that i received a MSG telling me to uninstall the app and then reload but I never got it and showed the consultant that I never got it only received it over 4 hours after being there. So I have to do the branch consultants work and then while sitting in front of them with my ID and card the bank still refuses to accept its me because of a stupid question of which I did answer correctly but took to long. Congratulation African Bank on a pathetic work performance and the cost of a client.
My wife has being trying to get authorization to go see a Gynecologists' as our house doctor has referred her but it seems that this is impossible due to the fact that first you have to give the full explanation on what is wrong with you in detail on the phone to the client services agent even if you don't know yourself as you are not a doctor not to mention the embarrassment that goes with it, then they will decide if they will cover this. When you ask to speak to a supervisor or manager they not available and do not call back.
So ABSA idirect Insurance has got this attitude that we as clients do not have the right to adjust the value of your car to bring down the monthly payments. Today i called them and besides been put on hold for a very long time I then have to listen to a long speech of why I can not adjust my cars value and that the system adjusts it once a year. Finally I got them to do it and guess what the value of my car had dropped by R9000.00 then when I asked the question if I am paying for a car retail value at R100,000 but yet the real retail is R90,000 what will they pay for and they said the R90,000 so if you pay for more that is your loss but you can not adjust the value. Please ABSA how low can you get.
