I am so disappointed with the service I got from the store to the customer service. I am taking the issue further to the ombudsman for this.
Very disappointed, I have been paying the insurance ever since I had the account unforseen circumstances acured and I couldn't pay my account for 2 months I got retrenched recently my claim was rejected, at woolworths I want all my insurance money I paid for all those years. I was willing to rectify my account in order to be covered by the way things took a turn you can blacklist me I don't care anymore
This place is ridiculous I was asked for account number for a refund which I sent several times but they go and refund me to cards that are inactive. Management better sort this issue immediately and reverse the monies owed to me
I won a 1 night stay in protea hotel and the voucher says it'll expire in 6 months but my voucher is expiring in 3 months, what the heck is happening
The service's are very bad are been charged ridiculous monies for landlords, prepaid transaction cost and invoiced for prepaid. My question is what is the purpose of a prepaid meter? It seems like protea Metering has no idea how prepaid Metering are operated

Please note i am going to reserve my debit order, come and collect your phone as agreed on 28 January till now i will not be paying for something i don't use. i have been calling your call Centre your service is a shame, one of the team leader Refilwe Serobatse won't take my call due to covid regulations but you can debit my account and i should let it slide as far as i know Vodacom doesn't exist and you can blacklist me all you want.
I am tired of calling Vodacom to come a collect their phone it's been almost a month am sitting with a phone am not using and i will be charged month end. the service of the consultants it's useless
