This ****** company is filled with ******! They opened a will under my name under Capital Legacy which I did not know anything of, I remember some group girls came to my workplace claiming they are from RMA, we only signed a register only for hem to. Use our personal details and open *****ulent policies under Matla Life. I demand my money back and will definitely deal with them lawfully so.
I just received my salary advice and to my surprise found a deduction from Capital Legacy of about R400+ which I did not authorize, I immediately called the company and was told that I opened a will under a company called Matla Finances and that my beneficiary is someone called Seipati. I'm ****ed, there was no communication from the company and all of a sudden a see a deduction with a beneficiary I don't know off. I want this policy to be canceled with immediate effect and demand my money back, I also demanded that they send me documents so that I can verify my signature, which I'm still awaiting. I've never met or spoken to anyone under Matla finance and would know because I'm very careful with how and where I spend my money. I believe this company is part of a ***** scheme! I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
Telkom is the worst service provider, whenever I recharge then try to use my airtime for calling it says that I have insufficient funds, when I check balance using *188# it shows my balance but when I go on the WhatsApp site it states the balance as R0, I'm starting to despise this network company

Mr Price Cellular Vaal Mall staff is rude, Onesimo and her friend Mbola undermine customers. Mbola or whatever her name is needs to be trained on how to treat customers. You must teach your staff members that just because I'm a customer doesn't mean I'm their friend!
I would like to take this opportunity and thank Nikita Thole from Dotsure Insurance Company for the wonderful service she gave me today. Just when I thought I've had enough of this company and wanted to terminate their services the conversation and service she offered me put me at ease. I like a consultant who takes her time to relate, comfort and reassure a client. Her calm voice is soothing. Thank you for the wonderful services.
I'm currently boiling because of these people, I had my previous car insured for 3 years with this company, the insurance was then canceled in March 2024 by me now all of a sudden they started debiting money from my account I therefore reversed the premium now they sending texts stating that I'm benifiting from their claim and they will therefore deduct an extra R50 from my account, that time I don't even own the car they are referring to nor am I insured wihh them. I want them to stop playing in my account, I do not need their services. I hate this company!
When I bought my car from the dealership in April a Netstar Neno devise was installed on the car, my current car insurance company stated that there will be no need for me to pay for my tracker as they cover the tracking costs, I then contacted Netstar and the told me that unfortunately the Neno device is not the one that is covered by the insurance and that they need to stop the device from their side and request for a new device to be installed, after weeks of waiting this eventually happened now since then my car battery is always flat because there are two tracking devices installed on the car, this is frustrating because when I need to use the car I need to be boosted first while the car is brand new. I called Netstar today and requested that they attend this matter ASAP, I was told that I will be called by today for a booking to have the technician check the installed device but yet nothing, on the other hand I'm told that I need to pay R500+ to get the device removed which I believe is daylight ******* bacause the technician should have picked up that one of their devices was already installed on the car and could have removed it before installing a new one. From all the tracking companies I've used in my life I deem this as the worst because with my previous car the cartrack company removed a tracking device at no extra charge. I need my compla6to be attended to ASAP please I am using my car on a daily basis and therefore need to travel a distance daily. I need this device removed before it damages my car.
This is a ****, their account moved from R530 to R821 in less than a month, I'm not paying for this until they fix my account. It should state R530 and their services are useless anyway.
What the hell is this company about, what do they do? I don't remember speaking to any consultant about cover from them but yet they have deducted a premium on my account. I demand my money back! They are a bunch of ******. I don't want this cover
