Today I am trying to log a fault on a pole outside my aunts house. She is 74 and sitting without power. If we can't report it then it won't be fixed. You clearly have an unattended call centre cause we have received the same message over and over that you have high call volumes doesn't matter what time you call. There is no emergency number one can call. Your service is disgusting you clearly take no pride in your jobs but one is not surprised. I need someone to attend to this urgently

You told me it was successful took my money I never got the bundle. Order ********** 5 My order was cancelled after I got confirmation that my payment was successful due to a system error on Takealot side. Now I can't get the same deal for the same price. It is now double. Then I get credit but not a refund. I want all my money back I will never use takealot ever again
Again Vodacom's lack of customer service is making the decision for me to move easy Yesterday my data was finished I tried the app . .website . . Even the banking apps both Nedbank and ABSA nothing worked. Now they deny they had a problem and I went into out of bundle rates . . Yet now I have to proof to them they had an issue. VODACOM HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Good Day I pre-ordered the Galaxy S9 on the website. I left Vodacom recently as an employee. So I get the call yesterday from an Online consultant advising me that my score is too low to 1. Get the Galaxy S9 2. Even upgrade to the lowest package of R799 per month. Why is this score too low, as this is was a STAFF number for 10 years? Also my salary went up since leaving from R45000 per month to R65000 per month so how dare this person tell me I can’t afford a higher cell phone bill???????????????????????? It is my fault if you mark your staff numbers as low and now that I am a normal customer I must suffer or should I move to another service provider?
I Keep on getting emails from you for another client. I told you twice already you are sending me private information for another client, but you keep on sending me emails. I do not owe African bank any money nor do I have a loan with them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And don't tell me to call your call centre STOP EMAILING ME IMMEDIATELY
