I gave birth on Tuesday (9 September 2025) and I had the best service. The maternity ward staff was beyond amazing . I can recommend this hospital to anyone. From the doctors and the nurses , everyone was so accommodating . When the baby was given to us the night nurses were so present and helpful as I had a caesarean section n couldn’t do much. Sister Ntsiki rapolai came on both nights to take care of the baby so that I could sleep and she showed me so much love. When we arrived for our formal registration we met an amazing lady by the name of Lineo ntsane , Mulalo and her colleagues who signed us up and even made sure that our room was comfortable. Thank you so much for everything and making this journey so special for us.
I have never experienced such RUDE customer service from food *****s like I did today! The person that was by the fish section was Lynette. I went there to get fish and on my arrival I met only 1 person there and she just looked at us and said nothing. It was only after I greeted her and asked if she was alone that she told me that she’s busy and that I should wait, I asked her to get someone to assist and she said her colleague is getting stock and then looked away. After a few mins of standing there I asked her to give us just 1 fish so we could go as she was scaling a fish . She said that we have only been waiting for 4 mins so we must wait until she’s done! We patiently waited until it became unbearable to wait for her! I asked her to get someone to assist and she just looked away until I saw another worker who told me that they work according to sections and she knows nothing about the fish section. Then a lady came and said she was the HR and she got us a person to assist us . When he came ( Pat) to assist us Lynette told him that we are complaining cz we are waiting for her to finish! I honestly need someone to let it make sense why I was not taken seriously as a customer as I was there only client there at the time and why I had to initiate a conversation with Lynette when she just looked at me and said nothing! What happened to customer service and making sure that the client leaves the shop satisfied? I want Lynette to realise that at the end of the day We as customers contribute to her salary in a way . We deserve fair treatment and not judgements as her behaviour was made worse by the fact that my partner is a foreign national. She must stop her behaviour towards customers!
Hi, I am very disappointed by the service that i have been getting since I signed up with this ISP! If it's not the connection being down ,its the wrong debut date that I have asked and even called in to have this issue resolved! I asked that the debit date be the 25th of every month but I keep getting debited any date that this ISP decides is the BEST for them! I HAVE CALLED AND REQUESTED AND NOTHING SEEMS TO CHANGE! NOW I AM WITHOUT INTERNET CZ ONCE MORE YOU GUYS HAVE DECIDED TO DEBIT ME ON THE WRONG DATE AND NO1 IS DOING ANYTHING TO SORT OUT THE ISSUE1 I AM TIRED OF COMPLAINING AND I AM SERIOUSLY THINKING IT'S BEST THAT I CANCEL THIS BAD ISP CZ I END UP SPENDING MORE AS I ALWAYS HAVE TO GET MY OWN DATA AS I CAN NOT DEPEND ON YOUR SERVICES THAT YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL WHEN IT SUITS YOU. I GET PAID ON THE 25 OF EVERY MONTH HENCE I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THE DEBIT TO BE ON THAT DATE BUT IF YOU WILL NOT SORT OUT THIS ISSUE THEN I HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE BUT TO CANCEL AS I MADE PAYMENT ON THE 22 OF JULY LAST MONTH AND ON THE 2ND OF AUGUST YOU GUYS DECIDE TO CANCEL MY CONNECTION! SORT OUT THIS ISSUE OR THIS SERVES AS MY NOTICE TO CANCEL MY SERVICES WITH YOU GUYS! Regards
Good day, I had such a terrible experience at the Bela Mall today. I had ordered pancakes and the service that I got from the person(Shimane Ncube) that was preparing them was the waste I’ve ever received at any checkers! Not only did the guy threw my slip in my face but he walked away while I was talking instead of calming the situation down! He then proceeded to walk away from me leaving me to figure things out . This kind of service is unacceptable and should not be tolerated and if this keeps going on customers will have no other choice but to escalate such! I have been getting calls to make payment on my account and today I decided that I wanted to pay if off and because I've bot used my card for a long time I lost it. When I arrived at the store at mall at carnival I was told that I can't pay as I don't have my card. I requested that she use my ID to get my account number and she told me that I can't do such as she needs my card to make the payment! This was very surprising as I have made such a request in the past and I was assisted. I told her and she still refused to assist me without my card. So now my question is who will be blamed as I wanted to make full payment on my account? With covid having messed up everything I made means to make sure I pay and I was turned back! I'm very disappointed at the service that I received by one of your employees. Her name is Lerato Mahlangu at the pep store east point at the East Rand mall. She was so rude and unaccomdating to me as a customer simply because I wanted to cancel my laybye. After a long time of searching for the laybye , my mother decided to let her know how they found her laybye she shouted at her in a tone that not only was rude but very undermining. I quickly told her that was not the tone to use to an elderly person especially one who is a customer and immediately she dismissed me. To my surprise when I asked to speak with the manager I was told she was the manager as she walked away not assisting me with the laybye. I'm very disturbed at the kind of customer service that I received by one of your employees(John Sambo). I went to mugg & bean on the move in Pretoria and the person (John Sambo) that served us was beyond rude! He firstly gave us food without cutlery. When we asked him about the meal he walked away throwing his hands at us as though we didn't matter as customers. When I went to ask for cutlery he started shouting at me telling me that he didn't have to serve us and that he has a life outside of mugg and bean! The manager(Daisy) tried to stop him and pushed him into the kitchen but he came out to started pointing fingers. I'm so shocked at the treatment that I received as I'm a paying customer. If this is the kind of treatment that you give customers it's terrible. Kindly play back the camera to see what happened on the 24th November 2020 at mugg & bean on the move.
