I bought the car in December 2021, it's April 2022 now and I haven't received the documents and the car's license disk has already expired. The company is so unprofessional. I was promised the car's papers 16 days after buying the car, now it's four months later and I don't have the papers, and the license disk has expired. What a horrible company this is. Have never seen anything like this.
I ordered Pizza this morning at 10h48. They said it will take an hour, it's been 2 hours and no delivery, when I call they keep transferring back and forth. They are very very unprofessional and disgusting!
They are not sincere with their contracting and really don't know what they are doing. I have rented a vehicle from them on the 20th of December 2019. According to their contract, in an event of an accident, there is no excess payable. Right before I rented the vehicle, we went through 6 or 7 dents and scratches on the vehicle, which I presume it was in an accident but never fixed. So I happened to scratch the front bumper and the light dislocated so they are refusing with my deposit. 1) Since the Vehicle is rented without excess waiver required during a time of an accident, in an instance where the incident like the one I had with no third party involved is deemed my delictual liability and the insurance would be using their own assessors - I have advised them that I need an assessment so that I can make a payment arrangement after assessments were made. There are no provisions regarding the withholding of my Deposit in such an event and the company has no authority to withhold my deposit under this particular understanding as the CPA have me protected on this but they still went ahead and withheld my deposit and today it's 27 December. 2) Secondly, there have been notably more than 6 dents and scratches on the vehicle which were recorded with Simon present which definitely came from a previous accident and a different client and I don't know of any assessment that can exclude such instances, making it difficult for a specific quote to be addressed to me individually. 3) Thirdly, they promised to get back with feedback regarding a way forward by 23 December and today is the 27th of December and there is no feedback. The deposit was for fuel purposes and I returned the vehicle with full tank and they are not willing to pay back the deposit. However , this is not the first time something like this had happened. Whenever I rent a car with them I don't get my deposit in time and they will have unnecessary excuses always. Which means, they want to always capitalise on Clint's deposits. You would be wasting your time renting a vehicle with them.
I'm happy to say FNB is one of the most reliable banks in the country as we have been using their business banking services for a while with no issues whatsoever.
Around last week I tried withdrawing funds from my Capitec account. To my surprise, this was not possible because the bank had freezed my account without any notification given. I then went to the Capitec bank for clarity and I was told that the bank reserves the right to cancel client relationship at anytime. But they never gave a specific reason for their actions. So I suspect this is a racially motivated matter as I'm a black activist who have been on fire from White supremacists lately.
Afrihost failed me. An web developing company called tech chat took advantage of my business by refusing to release our company's domain after a misunderstanding. We then contacted Afrihost to dispute the domain since the web developer is also an Afrihost client. Afrihost demanded all CK documents, company letter heads etc to prove that we are the primary owners of the domain. And after we submitted a consultant named Jailosi P then said they will no longer be able to assist me and I must contact domaindispute.co.za, I must say I'm highly disregarding Afrihost's competency.
Momentum Provident Fund is nothing but a scam. I resigned from my previous employer In December 2018 and was told that I must apply in January, when I contacted my former employer, Telesure, I told them I want the process to be expedited and I will claim by myself. Momentum consultants and the contract says the money will be paid in 26 days. When I call to follow up each time I'm told the consultant working on the matter is always busy but they told me that I will receive payment on the 8th of March this was when I called to follow up on the 27th of February and I spoke to a consultant named Zabalindi who assured me I will get on the 8th it March. Today is the 7th, I called them this to confirm if payment has been made and a gentleman named Eric told me I will receive payment in 7-10 working days. So I find this ostensibly arrogant, unprofessional and unethical business conduct orchestrating voiceless people's savings. I disregard and highly discourage anyone who pays their monthly contributions to Momentum for anything in that regard. This company is always in the news and they are equally catastrophic and toxic. I ordered food at 12h20 and I was told it will take 45 minutes. An ahour and 30, minutes passed by without the order whstsoever and I'm Still waiting now at Auto & General, my contact number is ********** 467
We have made payment for account number A ********** 1 on Friday, the 10th of August 2018, today is the 15th and the account is still suspended. When I wrote to the business they said that they no longer accepting manual payment but the payment went through and there was no announcement that in an event where the account has been suspended there will be no manual payments accepted. I feel very compromised by Afrohost after having been their loyal client for 3 years.
The McDonalds at Fourways Crossing is very helpful and professional. I had bought a normal Mcfeast and realized that the taste was very strange and I approached the consultant who called the Supervisor who became very helpful. She brought another one again and I rejected it because I thought it's the taste and then we picked up that it was the spice which was different. And she then exchanged and provided the spicy ones.
