I bought Parmalat Milk 1st Grade last week from Makro The expiry date is written "05/06/2021" but the Milk was smelling sour and Off .. all 6 Pack. This is the 3rd time this happens to me with parmalat Products now am Annoyed! I'm never buying parmalat products ever again and i sure as hell will discourage anyone close to me from buying it.worse this milk was for my 1year Daughter just imagine if i didn't check the Package and gave it to my Daughter ?further to my frustration due to the Lockdown i drove back to Makro and laid a complain and Parmalat office was called and was given this Ref:20-03-558 ,i have been sending emails left and right and no one seem to care to revert to me ,i need to know for the milk that cost 170 i end up paying 450 including transport cash to return the Package ,i need my petrol cash and apology for nearly ****ing my daughter with your rotten milk
Good Day , Please assist urgently On (15 Dec 2017), I had my car repaired by Woodmead Auto Tech DG25HMGP Audi A5 at (location and other important details of the transaction). 1. 15 December 2017 I entered into a service agreement with Woodmead Auto Tech (“the company”) in terms of which the company would attend to the repairs of My vehicle, an Audi A5 Coupe (2012 model). 2. I have paid Him the amount of R 47 841.05 for the repairs to the mechatronics and thereafter an amount of R 17 957.33 which was also paid in full to His company. 3. On the basis of the recommendation by the company, I authorized that My vehicle be sent to Audi Rivonia who later sent the vehicle to a service provider based in Randburg for a software upgrade. I was quoted by your Woodmead Autotech for the software upgrade and I made payment of the amount of R 6 612.00 to them which amount was to be forwarded to the service provider by the company on completion of the job in order for the vehicle to be released to client. The car was removed by Woodmead without my Consent and taken to Randburg 4. Woodmead Autotech left my Car with the 3rd Party of which they managed to repair and completed my Car ,3rd Party can’t release the car without the Payment and Woodmead Auto-Tech refuse to Pay the Outsourced Company and this is leaving me without the car To Resolve the Issue I believe that Woodmead is in Breach of Contract and tried to resolve the issue with them and still refuse to release the car including my old Parts ,we even send him the letter of Demand of which he ignored to respond after 14 Working Days ,I believe that Woodmead Autotech is a Registered RMI and he need to take accountability ,kindly assist and intervene on this matter ,I have escalated this matter to Joe Penlai and I haven’t got any Positive feedback as yet ,it’s been 5Months ,I have been patient enough with them and I feel that RMI is not taking action were is needed as I’m being send from Pilar to Post ,Woodmead and Audi have put me on this Predicament and no one is willing to take the blame to resolve the issue ,I have reach out to the Dealer Principal at Audi Rivonia and Woodmead but all my attempts to explain to them how urgently I need the car wasted or for nothing ,worse I called also Audi SA and they can’t help me too including the Ombudsman I must say that both Parties are Partially responsible and need them to act fast and resolve this matter but at the moment I have been failed by both including RMI, Belonging is better business, and what you put in is what you get out.( RMI CEO Jakkie Olivier ) at this moment I have invested too much energy ,money and what I get is the worst service ever seems like this words don’t mean anything to RMI Employers

last year November I took my car for repair at Woodmead Auto Tech the issue with the car was a Mechatronic ,Goolam took the car and inspected the car and quoted me R 47,842,95 of which I submitted the quote to my Motor Plan 80% was paid and I paid the difference via EFT on the 23 Jan 2018 he then advise that the water Pump is leaking and quoted me again R 17516,74 of which the claim approved 75% and I paid the difference via EFT ,on the 2-02-2018 he then advise that the car still shows some errors and only Audi can assist with the software since it’s a copyright and available only at Audi the Plan advise that they don't cover for software upgrades he then quoted me R 6612,00 of which I paid via eft ,then he took the car to Audi ,between him and the Tech at Audi the paralyzed the software and the car was in a Safe Mode ,however from what I have been informed later is Goolam and Audi tech decided to take the car to a 3rd Party without my consent and the 3rd Party managed to fix the car and billing them R 28K ,and both Goolam and Audi Tech don’t want to pay and I’m sitting without the car that I’m paying for but can’t drive since the 3rd Party doesn’t want to release the car before Payments it’s been 6 Months now since Woodmead had my car ,I’m I need of the car as this is affecting my life and my job I’m struggling to get from point A -B and Goolam seems not to care and the car is now accumulating charges on Storage this Guy Woodmead Autotech doesnt deserve to be registeredand hope that his Certificate gets reviewed
this was my first and last ever using this guys ,place the Order on the 14 & 15 for x3 Items Order Number: ********** 67 Order Number: ********** 36 Order Number: ********** 48 and was promise that the items will be delivered on Tuesday 19-12-2017 ,i have been calling and mailing them and today is Friday 22-12-2017 and still my items are not being Delivered

I received only bad service which i cannot even begin to explain. I sent the same request on 14, 15, 16, 04 JUNE 2017 several times in one day. I was subsequently send from pilla to post . This is despite providing proof, by way of transactions from my EWALLET STATEMENT, that i did not receive the money and send endless messages and emails</p> <p> </p> <p>I know this is not a lot of money, but its my money and i want it.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have received nothing but bad service from Supabets. <p>Im very dissapointed with the service from Traficc ,i have been a loyal cient with them for the past 12months and recently received a bad experience or is it because i never claimed with them </p> <p>my car broke on friday 02-06-2017 and was towed and delievered to Audi Revonia long story short when a claim was submitted am now being told the service Plan is incomplete but theres no way on the documention that state the service Plan and no communication from them that i needed to take the car for a service when it reaches 105 000KM ,current clock on my car is 117 000 and due for a service at 120 000KM but my claim is Pending and no one seems to care ,im in love with Audi Brand and this ppl they making me hate this Brand at the moment cause everyone seems to not care abt my concerns and issues as all this was not communicated to me and i have been paying my Premiums and still paying my Premiums what im i paying for if our claim will be rejected like this and why im i still covered if they can fix my car i need help and i need this escalated and resolved </p>
