Excellent service from Boitumelo Molotsi policy was updated and new schedule received the same day
NEVER TAKE OUT A TELKOM CONTRACT!!!!!! 5 months AFTER I canceled I STILL get debitted. They refuse to refund the debits or take responsibility for it, although I confirmed via a recorded line with a Telkom agent that it has been canceled. Then they also refuse to send the recordings to me without a court order. They are frauds and have absolutely NO integrity!!!
Normally we buy ALL or computer goods from Evetech but DO NOT order during lockdown. We ordered almost R10000 worth of goods which took 2 weeks to deliver and when it finally arrived their courier lost 1/3 boxes. Now we don't receive any form of communication from Evetech
Do not use this courier service. I waited 4 business days for a parcel to be dispatched. AND then only 2/3 boxes got delivered. Now the other box just went missing. NOT reliable OR safe!!!
Worst ever! After holding forever to get to customer care the agent does not know their own product and then put the phone down in your ear!
Worst quality ever!!! Ordered 12 items only received 6 whereas the 6 items that arrived is not even what I ordered at all!!! Now I can't reach them
I am on the point of making a case against this company for harassment. 8 Calls in less than 8 hours. I am in a professional working environment and it is unacceptable for a cellphone to ring every hour. This forces me to switch off my phone which means that if my family needs me for a REAL emergency I am unreachable. The worst of it all is that only 1/8 calls were answered by their agents after one holds 30 seconds listening to a voice recording. Yesterday when someone answered I asked very politely to not be call again as I do not own the vehicle anymore, but this request was ignored and the calls kept on coming in, UNANSWERED!!! This morning I got a call again which was answered and I told the agent the same story as yesterday. 1 Hour later, THE SAME STORY!!!! Another call without answer after the voice recording!!!!! THIS IS HARASSMENT!!!!! Never let MFC get your number as you will never get them to listen. (It is not the sales that is bothering me at all, it is the fact that they DO NOT LISTEN!!!!!!!)

<p>After going to the shop for help where I was advised to call the call centre, contacted the call centre for help, spend over R400 on airtime to keep on calling back, I am today advised that the Sales call centre can't help me with my migration and that I have to go to the shop. I asked to speak to a manager and after 30min of holding the line they hang up the phone. They don't have a clue what is going on in their company!!!</p>
<p>Telkom has useless service. On 11 April I went to the Telkom store to migrate l. They advised me to contact the sales centre as they were not able to assist me. I did as told but the lady helping with the migration said the system is off she'll call back in 24hours time to confirm the migration. Till today, 18 April I've had no response from telkom. Over the weekend I had to buy R460 extra data for which i'm charge extra because my migration was not done. I tried calling twich today. Everytime I was asked to hold and after 15min if holding no answer. This afternoon, call 3 for the day, they said the upgrade dept is allready closed and they suggest that I buy extra data AGAIN to get me through the night. Worst service ever!!!!</p>
