The absolute best service I have ever received. We are in the process of purchasing our first home, and Gary and Dane has gone above and beyond to ensure that we get the best rates on our bond. They have made the process incredibly easy and stress-free, their service is impeccable. Dane has been with us every step of the way, and was always available to help with any concerns or questions. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase property.
I ordered a few items online on the 14th of February, once ordered, I received a confirmation of payment from the payment gateway (Payfast). After four days without any confirmation or update from SO, I checked my order online, and the status was "Processing" and under payment it stated that the full payment was still due. I then sent an email to info@so.co.za giving the details of my order. No response. So I phoned SO Krugersdorp, as my order was meant to be shipped there. I spoke to Mark, he said that he didn't know about my order, but he will find out and phone me back. After 3 days of no contact, I sent another email via the safarioutdoor.co.za contact form, no response, and I phoned the Krugersdorp branch again. This time Mark wasn't available and I spoke to another lady. She said that she was aware of my order, and that she will phone me back. She didn't. After another 2 days I decided to phone SO head office and explained the situation. Mark phoned me back that same day and explained that the order is still being shipped from SO Nelspruit. Then I suddenly received an email response stating that there was a feedback complication from SO Krugersdorp and that the items are being shipped from SO Stellenbosch. I am utterly dissatisfied with Safari Outdoor's lack of communication and poor service. I am still waiting for my order or any update as to its arrival.
Absolute ****. I booked a return flight for R14k and needed to change the return dates. They got back to me claiming that it would cost R16k to change one flight, giving the excuse that it is the airline's prices that went up. A direct booking with the airline on that same date would cost me R12k for a one way ticket. This is how they catch you, don't ever book with them.
Most annoying and persistent spam caller in SA. No matter how many times you block or ask them to remove your number, they keep calling from different numbers
Utterly useless, I won't fly with Mango again. I booked return flights to Zanzibar in January this year, for July. In May I got a message that my flights were cancelled, and that they don't fly on those days. So I changed the flight dates. Three weeks ago I booked accommodation in Zanzibar, believing that everything is still on track. Today I got another message saying that our flights are cancelled once again, a week before our trip. Who is going to refund me for the cancellation fee of the accommodation??
I've been with DialDirect for 4 years, and have never had a claim. Yet my monthly premium keeps increasing, to the point where I am currently paying over R800 per month. The vehicle is a 2004 Ford Fiesta. If get a new quote, from DialDirect or other insurance companies, the monthly premium is around R350. I've spoken to DialDirect support, and have been told that my policy will be reviewed, and that a representative would contact me. I haven't received any calls up to this point, and the R800 debit order went off again. I have contacted support via email, and have received no response. It seems DialDirect doesn't care about their loyal clients.
I've been trying to upgrade and no one can assist me. I keep getting transferred between the upgrades and online department, with two of your employees cutting me off mid conversation. I haven't raised my voice or been rude in any way. When I try to upgrade online I get the following: "You are not due for upgrade yet but can upgrade on 27 May 2017" Please assist.

I've submitted various hellopeter reviews, and this still hasn't been resolved. Mobiles Plus together with MTN supplied me with two separate sims instead of one contract. I phoned multiple times within the cancellation period to cancel my device and both simcards. MTN told me that Mobiles Plus needs to phone me and cancel it.

I was phoned by Mobiles plus, and according to them they can only cancel the data sim, and that MTN was supposed to advise me on the cancellation of the device. They never did.

Neither one of the contracts have been cancelled after 3 months. Please send me the recordings of my calls to MTN, so that I can escalate this.

After 2 months of struggling to get hold of MobilesPlus, a representative finally called me back. Another two weeks have passed since she said she would call me again, and still no word from MobilesPlus.

I took out an MTN contract over the phone for a Huawei with a certain amount of airtime, and requested that they add a data bundle to that contract. When the parcel arrived, they had split the airtime and data over two separate simcards. After phoning MTN multiple times within the cancellation period of 7 days, trying to cancel the contract, they said that MobilesPlus will phone me back. I asked if there is a number that I can phone, or if I can cancel the contract through MTN, and they said no, the request has been put through, I must wait for MobilesPlus to contact me.

Two months passed, with two debit orders going off. I submitted various customer service mails, and hellopeter reviews, with MTN telling me that the request is in MobilesPlus's hands. Finally a representative called me on the 7th of July. She said that she would go through the recordings, and phone me back on the 10th. It is the 21st now, and still nothing.

I sent another two mails to MobilesPlus support and other email addresses given by MTN customer support, no one has had the decency to reply.

After 2 months of struggling to get hold of Elite mobile, a representative finally called me back.
