I writing this review with disappointment. I was planning to purchase a vehicle in August unfortunately things did not go according to my plan, during that time I also tried to shop around for a vehicle insurance and I was contacted by the sales person from iwize and he did a quote, during our conversation I told him that I will call back as soon as I have the vehicle and he convinced me that if I do not take the offer on the same day the quote won't be valid when i call back, he went on and toke my details and told me that he will put a date for end of September, however I told him that I will callback to cover the vehicle as soon as i have it. On the 30th of September I called Iwize due to the SMS that I received to advise that my policy is active, and requested for the policy to be cancelled, unfortunately on the 1st October I realized that the company debited my account. I called to request for my money to be reversed , however the lady that I spoke to informed me that they need to investigate on their before they can reverse my money otherwise they gonna have to follow the cancellation process which take about 31 day. So my question is what are they investigating because I do not even have the vehicle with me and I didn't even callback them back to provide them with the details of the vehicle . Wha exactly was the company insuring because they don't even have the details of the vehicle that the are insuring. I am pleading for my money to be reversed ASAP as I have commitments that needs the money.
I am currently at hungry lion Alexandra Mall, and what I witnessed while waiting for my order was very dissapointing, unhygienic and disrespectful to the clients. A piece of chicken fell on the floor and the stuff that is working in the kitchen picked it up and returned it to the tray that had chicken to be sold to clients, and rhe worste thing is that when the kitchen stuff realised that I saw what they did, they did not even bother to remove the chicken piece from the tray. Zero respect for their clients.
I am writing this complain with a huge dissapointment with Old mMartial, I did not think I would experience very poor service with such a big company that promises exceptional customer service. . I decided to open an educational with plan for my son , an was assisted by a financial adviser named Nkuli to open one, first debit was debited on the wrong that of which i requested to be debited last day of the month, this could have cost me money had the transaction bounced. I experienced this again this month after Nkuli the financial adviser promised me that this is fixed. This is not professional. I need the money to be returned because I was supposed to use the money for petrol , since I was aware that the money will be debited when my salary hits my account. The most annoying part is the when I spoke to Nkuli she responded by telling me that she does not have control over the system what king of customer service is this. I really did not expect the kind of response because she's the one who facilitated the whole process , now she telling she does not have control and that i should go to the branch, the question is at whose expense must I go to the branch?
Oxford claim and legal service, is a fraud, they take advantage of people who can not fight for themselves legally, they use their power as lawyers to intimate poor people. I had an accident with one of their clients, were glasses from their clients car fell into my car and damaged my car, I submitted quotes from 2 companies which were reduced to the amount that they think the damage will cost, the amount was reduced again by the lawyers to 60 percent which will make it highly impossible to fix the damage that was caused by the glasses on my car. When I asked for the explanation why the amount that was provided by their assessor was reduced to 60 percent, what happened to the 40 percent?, they told me that , the fact that the glasses fell into my car doesn't mean their client is responsible for the damage caused by the glasses. And the sad thing is that they are rude and don't care how they affect people, I now have to pay for something that i was not responsible of. I wish the could be a way of assisting people who can not afford legal services because this companies are taking advantage. I am emotional and physically strained because I can not afford to pay for the damages and they threatened to take legal action of harassment should I approach their clients. I need help because had the glasses not fell into my car , the car would be perfectly fine.
I have never used this company before and my first experience with them is not so great. I have been waiting for my Standard bank card since last week. I called their call centre this morning and was advised that I will urgently received a call from their card division, +- 5 hours still have not received a call or my bank card. What annoys me the most that I had to call again on my expense and still could not be assisted. I clearly stated to them that have errands to take care of but seems like I am the least of their problem. Their customer service sucks.

The last response was that the issues has been escalated to management, I am now receiving unending emails from ER24 threatening to blacklist me. This is turning into a nightmare. EMAIL FROM ER24 Dear: REJOICE BALOYI Client Ref No: GN********** Urgent payment required on your ER24 account that has been handed over to Saya Recoveries for collection. It is recommended that you make a payment by 25 June 2021 on the outstanding balance of R2568.00 to avoid further action from our client. Settling your account could help: Improve your credit status, increase your chances of securing future credit facilities at other credit providers and avoid being adversely listed with the major Credit Bureuas. If payment has been made please forward proof of payment and quote ref: GN********** on your email in the subject line to ensure payment to be allocated to your account. Can someone assist me with this because Bestmed was supposed to have settled this a long time ago

I have been unemployed for 3 months and department of labour has been giving me a run around, I have been contacting their call Centre almost every week and they keep on telling me about their systems not picking up my records. I have provided them with my work schedule and UI19 . Now they telling me that the are no declaration and unfortunately the company that I was working for won't be able to assist because they have provided me will all that is need and they have been sending through declarations monthly. I am not the only one from the company who has claim and all of them have received what is due to them. It's funny that records of 5 years is not showing and it has been 2 months and a half and seem like I won't get my benefits. Imagine working for 8 years contributing towards UIF and when it is time for them to pay out they tell you, they won't be able to assist because there's no declarations, I don't think the company that I was working for would give me UI19 if they knew they weren't contributing. I am unemployed and I need the benefits
Recently had a car accident and my car was written off, I called tracker for my policy since I had you insured me tracker device with them , however everything turned into a nightmare my account was debited twice after I requested for the policy to be cancelled. Due to their incompetency I had a debit order that bounced and was charged for that. I was advised that I will be refunded. A week later I receive an email that I need to send proof of banking, which doesn't make sense to me since they have been debiting. I am unable to go to banks because I am not well. Why should I suffer for their mistakes? I am really not happy with their Service ,after 5 years of uninterrupted payments. This is disappointing.
Good day, Please assist my complain is for both the ER24 and bestmed, last year August i fell and i had no one to take me to the hospital, i call in ER24, got to the hospital and was told that i had gastritis symptoms and the kept in the hospital for +-4 hours and gave me some medication. At tye point of the call i felt like i was loosing my breath and the only thing i could think of was an ambulance because it was late at night. 11 september 2020 i received a call to advise that i owe ER24 2500 for transportation that happened 12 months ago. Today i decided to call and dispute the amount beacuse the medical was supposed to settle the bill, and was told that bestmed declined it because "they feel it was inappropriate for me to request for ER because the condition was not life threatening. The question is what was i supposed to do when i felt like i was dying and had no one to help? And secondly why am i paying for a medical aid if emergency are classified? Please help i am not going to pay because it was within my right to call as i was very sick, if it wasnt the case i would have slept at home and went to the doctor the following day. The might be a chance that ER 24 never submitted the claim to the medical aid. I wrote a review and the was no Feedback from BESTMED. I am very dissapointed because i have been with bestmed for 6 years already.
