It's the worst. Any place you're moving into if they are using Fungi run, dont even consider that place. Their invoices are ridiculous. The statement breakdown will include a management fee that fluctuates, they say they charge 10% of actual utilities for a month as management fee. Then they include electricity consumption, and electricity fixed rate. Why is there a fixed rate when im already charged for consumption. Brookehaven uses them in Centurion and the utility bill is a nightmare
The staff preparing food, can they wear the clear mouth mask or guards. The way they'll be shouting and laughing over someone's food is not hygienic. They're spitting on our food while preparing it, strict rules needs to be implemented. You cannot be shouting and laughing over someone's food. This actually goes for all restaurants in South Africa.
For the 2nd time RAM guys turn at the gate by security instead of calling me to get the code for entering. And then some lady called Za...has the nerve to call me and tell me to answer my phone, as if they called and I ignored it. She even proceed to drop the phone while I'm still talking. The previous guys came and did the same, they did confirm that they didn't call me they just went back, and had to come back. These ones are doing the same, and yet this lady is giving me attitude and disrespect on my phone.
I have had wifi installation by telkom and level 7, and with both it didnt take a week to get it installed. I ordered Fibre with Vodacom last week, even today no information on when it'll be installed. I called twice and everytime they say the technician will call me. Since last Wednesday I still have received any call.
Telkom sent me an invoice on 12 Aug showing I have a credit amount of R503. On the 25th of Aug I still made my monthly payment but yet they suspended my account. How can my account be in arrears when you just sent me an invoice showing a credit balance. I called them yesterday and the lady was not helpful at all as even now my wifi is still not working. Telkom must be the worst, their systems seem to not be communicating to each other. I don't know how many times I've had these cases with them, it's tiring.
The guys while washing the car broke my rear wiper, but the owner did not take responsibility at all or consider that it could be his guys fault but just said I came with it broken. As they were washing I heard a sound, then I saw one guy trying to clip it in. Then it fell off again while drying the car. A wiper is not that expensive, but it's the principle for me that got me mad, not taking any responsibility and just saying I came with it like that. Worse service ever in the history of my car wash experience. This is the Sparkling car wash in Centurion old Jhb rd.
Absa added car insurance on my car installment and went ahead and deducted debit order while I already have car insurance with FNB. I sent them proof of my insurance but they just keep on sending me docs about their car insurance whereas all I want is a refund. I cannot pay car insurance twice.
I am happy you introduced amagwinya and amadombolo for us not comfortable buying them on the street. I was happy when I saw them at the store, but they need some work. The dough for the dombolo is not properly cooked, and has no taste. The amagwinya has too much salt and no sugar. For both we want less salt and more sugar. Or consider doing 2 types, sweetened (more sugar), and unsweetened. Right not both the dombolo and amagwinya taste like no sugar was added, and they don't taste nice at all.
I ordered a lounge suite on bidorbuy in June 2021, had problems with supplier and after no delivery I cancelled the order on 25 August 2021, after almost 2 months of waiting. Bidorbuy has failed to get me my refund back from the supplier/seller who's refusing with it. Today it's 24 January 2022 and I still dont have my money back, instead bidorbuy just keeps on changing the consultants who are dealing with this case. This January they changed the consultant the 4th time, and everytime I have to repeat the same story over and over again. This would not have happened if it was takealot or snatcher, I would have received my refund long ago from these other platforms.
I ordered couches from decortex in June 2021 via bidorbuy. I wrote my specifications on how I wanted them to be but they were not made according to my specifications, Akash said I wrote 'playing side' instead of 'laying side'. As a seller in that case you should contact the buyer for clarity as clearly that's a typo bcoz a couch has no playing side. Regardless I was still willing to receive the order. I sent a message asking about delivery on 11th August and until 25th they were still not delivered. On 25th I cancelled the order, and the bidorbuy consultant also sent messages to decortex about the cancellation. Days later they call about deliver and I told them I have cancelled the order. When I was sending messages a couple of times about deliver even bidorbuy consultant sent some decortex was not responding, which means if I get problems with the product post delivery I'll never get any service from them. Today is 20 January decortex has still not refunded me my money and worse of it all bidorbuy has failed to get me my refund even though I ordered and paid through them on their platform. If it was takealot or snatcher I would have received my refund long time ago.
