I am writing to express my frustration with the poor customer service I’ve received. I have been waiting for two weeks to receive a settlement letter, and despite following up daily, I have yet to receive any updates from your team. This delay is unacceptable, and I urge you to prioritize my request and provide the settlement letter as soon as possible.
Good Day It has now been 20 days since my initial review and my issue remains unresolved. As mentioned in my previous negative review, I did receive feedback from your team and was instructed to send the Proof of Purchase (POP) for the caps I bought from Vodacom. I comp**** with this request, submitting the necessary documentation promptly. However, the following day, my support ticket was closed without further action. I am deeply concerned and truly believe that Vodacom has no intention of refunding my canceled order. In light of this, I have made the decision to cancel my two contracts with Vodacom, both of which are due for upgrade. It is extremely disappointing that a company of your size and reputation is engaging in practices that feel like theft from your clients. I have shared my negative experience across various social media platforms, yet I have not received any further feedback or assistance from your company. This lack of response is highly unprofessional and disheartening. I request an immediate resolution to this matter.
I cannot believe I find myself writing this again. After posting a negative review on Hello Peter, Vodacom eventually responded, and I was asked to send through all the details regarding the refund that is owed to me, which I did without hesitation. The person who called me assured me that it should not take this long, However, the very next day, I received an SMS stating that my ticket had been closed. This is absolutely unacceptable! It is incredibly disheartening and frustrating to see such a large company like Vodacom treat customers this way, especially when they are already in a vulnerable situation. To have my case ignored and effectively dismissed is nothing short of appalling. It is truly shocking to witness a company of Vodacom's size and reputation behave in this manner, especially when people are relying on them to resolve issues fairly and in a timely manner. This kind of treatment is disgraceful and leaves me feeling ******. I am extremely disappointed and angry that Vodacom has failed to follow through on their promises again.
Poor Service!!!!!!!! I purchased a cap on the VodaPlay app, but after a few days, my order status was marked as canceled. I contacted customer support to request a refund, and I was told I would receive it within 7 to 14 working days. However, almost two months have passed, and I still haven't received anything. This has been the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. To anyone thinking of buying from Vodastore, think twice before making a purchase—you may never receive a refund, and trying to get in touch with support could take hours. Truly shocking service!

Bought food. I ordered the new Cheese boy meal and asked them to add a coke for R10. The lady said that i can not get the coke for R10 and must pay R16 i said no its fine. I asked her why i can not add the coke for R10 she said we don’t do this at this Steers. When i got to my car and start eating my chips i saw that there was a insect in my chips then took the chips back and they replaced it for me. When i got to the car again and the chips was finished I opened mu burger. It was not the burger I ordered i when back to them and spoke to the manager he was helpful and sorted it out for me. Then he returned the oder and printed me a new slip where i had to pay in for the burger that they messed the order up. So im so disappointed in them they will never see me again. I think it is shocking that i had to pay the R4 difference in. Please see the slips attached.
