My vehicle was in a front smash accident It's been 3 months. Got the vehicle back today. It looks terrible. Spraypainting different colors Headlight different colours Been trying to get hold of the assessor for 3 months. He avoids me. I've not spoken to him he doesn't want to meet me. We made an appointment to meet at the Panelbeaters he didn't show up, made No excuse and now 2 weeks later he still missing Broker Elna Geldenhuys Origin Finance said in a Voicenote to me she is not happy with the work and she got hold of the assessor he went to check again he is also not happy. Panelbeaters said Renasa cut the repairs cost from R 117 000 to R 50 000 and removed alot from their quote and their recommendations. Now assessor is hiding. Renasa Insurance why you not use proper assessor and why does my bakkie now look worst than before the accident? Broker said I need a different insurance as Renasa is doing backdoor work and their assessor is *****. Now broker say it's my problem Renasa ****** me.
Let me tel you about my experience with Wingfield Motors Kuilsrivier. About 10 months ago I bought a car for R 250 000 by Wingfield Kuilsrivier. The guy Charles in their office said he recommends I take out a extra warranty so I'm covered if there is problems. Now, 10 months later the car starts smoking. Alot of smoke from the exhaust. So much smoke the road was full of smoke. See the pictures. The damages is alot of money. ALOT of money. First price to repair R 57 000 plus labor to repair. Now they told Nissan no just fix some of the parts with which is around R 30 000 with only a 12 months warranty. So if it breaks again after 12 months we must pay what? another R 30 000 or R 60 000 or more ???? Now they tell us they will give us only R 5000 and we must sort it out ourselves. When I purchased the vehicle their service was great because they wanted the sale. We got the same car in a white Color by another dealership for R 20 000 less, less kilos also but we said no we like their service so we bought it from them. Now the car is broken. They covered the scratches of the car with some polish now you can see the polish wore off and scratches is showing badly. I am not leaving this matter here. I don't care if I have to share my experience in 100 or 1000 Facebook groups. This is terrible. The car was a gift to my wife and now she is crying everytime. Do NOT buy from Wingfield Motors Kuilsrivier you will be disappointed.

Disgusting service. My phone line got cut for now reason 29 , October 2023. I've been to the store 9 times. My business is suffering. This guy Conroy Aaron keeps making promises and lies and makes me drive to the store everytime for nothing. Today he refuses to help again but when I expressed my grief he got offensive! I phoned him 5 times and he refuses to take my calls but when I walked in the last time I phoned he had his phone next to him and ignored me on purpose! Disgusting and rude person! I want my original phone number back that I have been having for almost 10 years !!!!
I had an upgrade a few months ago. Suddenly my debit order has jumped from R 300 to almost R 500 and my data cancelled. No changes was made to my package it was just an upgrade. The consultant told me only an extra R 100 would be deducted once off the following month because I was a month early and that's it. Now my installment has almost doubled and all my data suddenly cancelled a few months later. What's going on here?
Every 2 years my Vodacom contract gets upgraded. In 2015 was the original contract, in 2017 I had an upgrade. Now in 2019 they don't want to upgrade my contract but want me to keep paying. I phoned in March to upgrade Vodacom says my contract they say ai must wait 4 years now. I disputed the matter in March 2019 and they said there was an error and I am due for an upgrade in September 2019. September passed so I phoned now they now they say only upgrade in 2021 now 4 years later that's unacceptable!! I've been phoning for 6 months only stories is what I hear. Everytime I must hear they made a mistake but they don't solve it so what now? R A
MTN stole almost R 1000 from you banking account. Jessica John from Complaints Management has been promising since last year it will be paid back in 5 - 7 days and money was never paid. She said this to me in writing I have. Now she ignores me. I have been contacting her for 2 months and she just keeps on ignoring me. Where is my money you stole and promised to pay back??? I have all the proof in writing therefore Jessica John ignores me. What customer service and fraudf is this? Must I go viral on your facebook page so all your customers can see and be warned ?? Vodacom are theives. My phone broke months ago and till today my phone is still broken. I have been to the repair shop 7 times and everytime they give me a broken phone back. It seams the use the part from broken insurance phones and put them together and sell them as new phones. I have the voice recordings where they promised me a new phone if I pay a R 400. They gave me my same phone back still broken. Achmat said weeks ago he will make sure I get my new phone them gave me a broken phone back. When I phoned to complaint he shouted at me. Utterly disguisting to treat customers like this and then run off with their money. Now I am sitting with a broken phone and Achmat's excuse was its because I used the camera. They did not tell me that I am not suppose to use the camera what type of fraud it this? Where is my money? How do you treat people like this and I have been returning to the store for months and everytime my phone is broken. This ridiculous!! Since when does Vodacom's staff when they have a bad day scream at their customers?? While they are helping you they talk and shout amongst each other about lunch chiprolls. Disguisting service!!! And everytime they tell when they dont know what say I must book the phone in but they keep giving me the phone back broken then shout at me when I am uspet! When you ask questions all they know what to answer is " Its out of our hands. " I HAVE BEEN BACK 7 TIMES !!!!!!!!! Rude and vulgar Vodacom terrible service and terrible people working for them!!
