Service failure and dropping calls on clients that paid for a service
Firstly the agents employed don't know what they doing if you ask them a question they cannot answer they just cut the call on you there is always no authority eg manager team leader to speak they *********** as **** the person you speak to is all you get

NO ONE CARES ABOUT SERVICE DELIVERY THAT YOU PAY FOR!
2 months later I'm still waiting for my order it has been one month that the package is with JIMC. Nobody knows if the parcel will be sent to a post office or my my physical address. Apparently the system does not even allow them to leave notes when you call they don't even resolve your damn ****ing query or answer your question

JIMC A AIR PRIORITY MAIL, Firstly these no priority at this place they don't give a damn about service all they do is say systems are slow systems are offline and we must wait. WE PAY FOR A SERVICE AND OUR IMPORTS SHOULD BE DELIVERED ON TIME!!! THE SERVICE DELIVERY IS VERY POOR

Bookmall is one of the worst places to try and purchase a book, they have books for sale online once the debit order goes through they cancel the order stating no stock of the required book! I WANT AN URGENT REFUND!!!!

WORST BANK ON EARTH
Standard bank is the worst bank to use the consultants don't know their elbow from there knee and everything we require assistance with we must go into the bank like ***!!! requesting a letter from the business banking department to confirm an account is closed!

Bad service
I have been trying to cancel my credit card for a few days everytime I'm told I need to fill a form which they do not email me. Also people are working from home and apparently putting me on hold and having family meetings and not attending to my query.
