Stale bread products on Saturdays ... hard, stale, old sell by date. Complaints to staff and manager met with indifference ... they just don't care!
Inadequate help in resolving ******* deductions following sim card swap. I have had 3 unautherised sim card swaps this year with ******* air time purchaces and suspension of my internet banking account. One consultant said I pressed the wrong button and their financial adviser said she wasn't trained for ***** cases. The action advised by the ***** Dept had no effect! My cell phone service provider was no help and so far the bank shows no help. I'm now looking at pulling my investments from this insecure institution.
Uncontrolled SIM swaps and no protection ... I have had my simcard swapped 3 times this year, despite being put on watch list. Airtime has been deducted from my bank account and is reflected on my phone after recovering my number. After 24 hours the additional airtime disappears. The people at the MTN branch are unable to help in stopping this, nor do they understand how.
Rude behavior at checkout from eye rolling teller who refused to give th 50c back on the bags initiative. She denied such initiative exists and so did the supervisor who didn.t want to listen. Are the staff trained to hate customers? I cancelled tha sale and went to Spar instead, where the management listens and the staff are friendly.
Tried to update my wifes profile on her Rewards Card using the Help Number, Customer Care email and FB page ... received a very unhelful response from disinterested employees that bounced me around. They are ***********!

I needed to change my wifes cell number on her rewards card and contacted their help line twice. Each time I was answered by unhelpful and *********** consultants who just wanted to be rid of me.
Went to buy a strip light to go under my kitchen cupboard but was met from a very indiiferent sales lady who prefered to slouch on the counter and chat to her friend. She nodded towards a wall display of globes and clearly didn;t want to help.
I placed a request at Hillcrest Corner branch reception on Monday morning for a cash withdrawal. I left my details, including my contact number, with the receptionist and was told they would contact me when the money was ready. When can I expect this?
I have just found an ******* deduction of R329 on my bank account despite having NO accounts with Discovery. I tried complaining to their help line 0860 99 88 77 but it was hopeless and their employees were not helpful. I'm desperate to resolve this but am unable to get through the Discovery defence. This is theft!
