I ordered a waist trainer in Dec 2025 but accidentally selected the incorrect product upon delivery I realised my mistake and immediately contacted Takealot to rectify issue. I’ve made numerous calls and have been speaking to different agents who seem to understand my request and then they do nothing about it. I spoke to Linda M in Jan who requested that we send her an email which was done and then again nothing happened. This morning I spoke to another gentleman I just forgot his name. I need the incorrect product to be collected from my property, and then credited so I can re-order the correct item!!! That cannot be this hard to do!!!!! Can someone please assist
I'm disappointed that my experience with Rain has been marred by poor service. After moving to a new home, I found their router inadequate and requested a technician visit. Despite waiting 3 months, no one contacted me, impacting my work-from-home productivity. I switched providers and am now requesting the outstanding balance be removed, as their failure to deliver forced me to seek alternative services. I've emailed multiple times with no resolution. I expect a prompt response to rectify this situation.

I've been trying to withdraw my two pot savings for the past 3 weeks i keep get an error message stating that i don't have a product that qualifies me for this withdrawal, I've called the call center numerous times the agents can see the funds but I can't withdraw it on my side. I've been told that your I.T department is working on a resolution but its been 3 weeks now surely it doesn't takes that long to resolve a technical glitch. I cancelled my policy and was told that it's been canceled with immediate effect to try and stop the debit order from getting processed, to my surprise on the debit order date my account was debited. I then phoned to get them to reverse the amount and was informed that my account was still active However the agent will process my cancellation request and submit my case for investigation and then have the amount reversed. 4 days later I've received no feedback nor was the amount reversed, I decided to follow up today, the agent that answered told me to wait for 14 days for my refund!!!! So should I tell my kids that they'll only have food after 14 days?!!! Can someone please look into this and action my request
