We had an insanely disappointing experience at McDonald's Beyers Naude highway. They repeated out order back twice and still got the whole order wrong. We asked for black coffee and a Five roses tea with 2x sausage and egg mc****in.....we got coffee with milk and black five roses tea with 2x sausage mc****in....paid R100 for this experience.... NEVER SUPPORTING THEM AGAIN
Today is the 15th of October 2020. I applied to switch from ABSA to FNB on the 22nd of September 2020...it has been almost a month and still have not yet received my promised card and courier phone call. No activation. Nothing. The lady whom works remotely also ignores my emails and has not phoned me at all as yet to explain why this application is taking over a MONTH! I have received all agreements and told her that I have all my documentation ready for when the courier guy will drop off my card and I can actually get my salary paid in this month...but does not look like that will happen. Last time I applied it took them 3 days to send a card to me .... that was about 7 years back...what happened FNB? I was stunned this morning. I couldn't believe it. I went to ABSA Verdi Centre around 9h00 this morning. Hoping to pick up my card i have ordered on the app. I was told by the nice lady manager to go sit down i dont need to wait too long. As i was sitting i noticed an old w/m i knew. He lives with me in my complex. So i saw he was quite frustrated wondering if he was sitting already from 8h30. There were only 3 desks and i was directed to the customer service. So sitting there for about 20mins a b/f came in asking for help. She came and sat next to me. Greeted each other like normal human beings. After a minute a b/m6+ walks in. He also asks for help and went to sit down. Now we are 4 in the queue. When the customer service guy was done with his client he called the b/f first which was sitting there for not even 5 minutes. The customer service consultant said to the old w/m: "I will help you now let me help this lady quick." So ok....we just sat there wondering why she was more important. We left it. When they were done the customer service consultant called the b/m!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GUY CALLED THE B/M BEFORE US!!! He was not even there for 5 minutes and we were waiting there now for almost a good half an hour and the old man was waiting for almost an hour!!! I couldn't believe!!!! He blatantly helped his fellow people and incompletely ignored us that was sitting in the queue for who knows how long!!! I JUST WANTED TO PICK UP A CARD!!! and i ended up in this discrimination! **** YOU ABSA! I will make sure all my accounts are closed and the end of the day

We have lost so much money because of Telkom and our internet being so unstable and on off on off all the time that we cant do any proper work.....We will be taking it further if thIs is NOT FIXED ASAP. We have been helped and lied to by every consultant we have spoken to....Telkom has No ****ING IDEA WHAT MBPS LINE WE ARE EVEN RUNNING everytime i ask i get n different answer from the consultants. The sales consultant Kovillan Pillay helped us and sold a 20mbps line to us and after that we kept having problems..... 3 tech guys were dispatched to us which all 3 said we should downgrade to a 10mbps line as a 20mbps line overloads in our area and this makes the internet so unstable which i really do think is true but nooooo the sales people know mos BETTER! THEY ****ING DONT! Sales people should go work in the areas and actually see *** is going on because they have no clue at all...i have requested over email Kovillan to cancel the order and also vocally asked him to cancel it its almost a month now and its still not cancelled...last week Wednesday i spoke to a guy(Hopolango)while the tech was here first and he told me he will phone me within an hour when the order is cancelled and we will place a new one.....never phoned back Then i phoned Thursday again and a lady with the name Samantha picked yp the phone and she told me the order hasnt been cancelled yet and will take up to 48hours....she will phone me as soon as it is cancelled....still no call And this morning i phoned and a lady picked up and told me that the order wasnt cancelled and isnt in the process of being cancelled but still being approved?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!....*** TELKOM!!!! WE WILL GET RID OF YOU SOON AND PLEASE EXPECT A LAWYERS LETTER. I PROMISE you i have phoned telkom more this last month than any of my own customers and suppliers! FIX THIS TELKOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS MY EMAIL I WILL BE SPAMMING UNTIL THEY RESPOND WITH ACTUAL RESOLUTION!!! TELKOM SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS AND SO IS YOURS! The metro police working in Booysens on Booysens Reserve Road and 5th Street gave me the "voetsek" gesture when I asked him if his going to do something about a the driver in front of me not following street rules and almost bumped into me. METRO POLICE ARE USELESS!!! You better TRAIN THEM BETTER TO HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE TOWARDS ALL PEOPLE!!!!
<p>A month ago i made a pre-mature cancellation on my contract (meaning if you pay what they quote you then there are no more payments to be made after it has been settled). I settle the amount of R866 in the shop on 24 February. On the 2nd of March i get an invoice from vodacom charging me another R866 for the cancellation. I made a call on the 3rd of March querrying this. The guy who helped me never logged a service request. He told me he did (1- ********** ********** if this is the right reference). I told him if i do not get credited before the 16th of March i will NOT make payment. So by the 16th nothing happenend. The payment bounce back due to them wanting to take off R1410 (extra R100 fee because of ABSA and another R100 because of vodacom BOUNCE BACK TERMS) and i didnt budget R1410 for vodacom i budgeted R517 because thats the payment i make every month. After this nothing happenend. I didnt receive any feedback, no call, no nothing. NOT EVERYONE REMEMBERS TO FOLLOW UP. BUT IF THEY ARE YOUR CLIENTS YOUR SUPPOSE TO DO THIS</p> <p> </p> <p>2nd of April i received my new invoice stating i owe them R1410.92 i made a tranfer of R517 to them on 12th April.</p> <p> </p> <p>2nd of May arrives and here they block my phone. No calls from them. No messages. No feedback. And yet they just cut my line. EACH MEETING I MAKE i GET INCOME. Monday comes and i phone again....(and keep in mind i keep telling them i am NOT MAKING PAYMENT until i get my CREDIT.) no sorry i have to be patient there is a lot of call logs and they will come to mine ASAP....the lady tells me it can take up to a week. :/</p> <p> </p> <p>today i phoned because i keep on getting messages that my account is in rears and so on and this lady had the cheek to tell me my CREDIT WITH THEM ARE BAD NOW.</p> <p> </p> <p>NOW YOU TELLING ME I HAVE BAD CREDIT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE BECAUSE OF VODACOM LACKING AND NOT DOING WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO BE DOING!!!!!!!
