Kfc Cosmo city by Shell garage ,the worst of the worst ,just bought zinger wings that I had to wait for 10 min which is not an issue wings were so tasteless not spicy at all just blant literally no taste at all, and I'm complaining about this as thisbis not the first time, very very disappointing!!
So disappointed once again, McDonald’s Rivonia bought a chicken foldover meal ,and Lord the foldover was in pieces lettuce was old and this is not the first time I'm having a problem with McDonald’s really disappointing.
I normally wouldn't co.plain about this place buy woow the poor service I got today is really unacceptable , people were coming sitting next to us and would receive their food and we sat for 38 minutes to be precise waiting for the order, I cannot express my disappointment in this as this is the place I normally have my lunch at .
Worst experience ever , currently have 2 orders with Superbalist and when you order it gives you the delivery date, have not been receiving any communication regarding my order, when I finally call I'm told my order will take 9 days ,so disappointed even Shein in China doesn't take this long, you have lost a customer and will make sure all my people never orders here .
This is specifically abt the Edit brand that is on superbalist, at first I bought a white dress fitted it and it was perfect but then I had to was it as it had my make up on the neck part, first time into the water and my dress now had 2 colours white and a brownish colour was mad but I thought ok maybe manufacturer fault , few weeks after bought a winter cardigan colour neutral and a bit of brown , wore it was happy , last week I washed it and again the neutral colour changed also into a brownish colour almost like it was bleached very very disappointed with that brand and would advise superbalist to not sell their products.
Just want to thank a lady by the name of Palesa Mabi excellent excellent customer service, I called so angry in regards to my internet connection after speaking to 2 guys and getting cut off even after asking them to call me back and they never did, I guess 3rd time was a charm as I got this sweet lady who was patient and helped me even after my airtime ran out she called me back . Thank you Palesa Muiltichoice keep her she is a good asset to your company .
Just got my account debited this morning, no phone call to make me understand why and assumption was it's telkom that does not even have a courtesy to give me a call only send statements for an account that I had said should be closed last year already.
So as promised on the adverts Outsurance does give you R500 if they can't beat your quote also gives R1500 if you have been with the same insurance for 3 years and have not claimed, quite an easy process , so they couldn't beat my quote and I had not claimed for 3 years and I received my R1500 within 5 working days very efficient, just that their quote was expensive but they had good packs in it, however would like to join them one day when I can afford them, but I would to say that's 1 adverti*****t that was true to waht they were saying , very impressed with you guys.
Useless useless service I have ever experienced, beginning of last year I wanted to cancel my data contract sim card cause I was complaining of network and they told me I can only cancel it in October last year I told them to make sure they do so in that October because it is such a mission to get hold of them, till today they are still taking money from my account and 3 months now reversing all the time ,when I call the call centre around 7am they say consultants start at 8am, in me reversing the money no one at Telkom has ever called me to find out why I'm I reversing the funds ,and the amount they are taking keeps going up, don't even use that sim card anymore nor I know we're it is, surely wen someone is reversing moni as a company you will call to find out reson for doing so, WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE CLOSE TO ME KNOWS THE KIND OF BUSINESS YOU RAN.
