This days uber only take you serious if you are rating positive only. I was on uber and the driver jumped the stop sign, police stopped the driver for more than 30 mins . ended up being late for my meeting but guess what the rates went from R135 to R205. so basically i paid for their driver to jump the stop sign. With ubereats you receive incomplete order they don't even bother to investigate even when you send the pictures
Their drivers are rude and after waiting for more than 3 hours the driver decide to cancel and say the address is unreachable, like seriously now
Ever since they have a new app, it's problem after problem, I feel like they are doing it on purpose so that all our vouchers expires. I have done everything to complain and nobody even bothers to assist, try stores, calling and even sending email but still I can't access my app
Take A lot delivery is a ****, I placed the order on the 15th of July. Staying around Midrand and was supposed to receive my order on the 18th which was scheduled to 21 July. After realising that the time frame already elapsed I called takealot and Sindiswa Mhlongo was the one who assisted me and told me that Jane Thusi collected the stock and reported that the area is not safe which is not true as it's in safe area.
I bought a bread from usave at Matatshe BB 14/07/2025 when I got home after my husband ate the bread I realised that the bread already expired with even bread mold on it. I returned the bread to the shop but my question is are we safe?

I ordered grocery around 8am and my order was accepted and money taken from my bank account. after realising that is now more than 3 hours and not receiving anything at all from them, i called only to be told that my order has been cancelled because they don't have drivers.but will only get money back in my bank account after 5 days. why didn't they check their capacity before the take my money?
I have fnb connect contract but never subscribed for any apple services with fnb. This morning just woke up to 399.99 gone from my account to Apple.com and I called fnb to cancel only to find out that transaction has been going on different amount. Sometime it was 199.99, 99.99 and less amount like 19.99. We are not safe banking with fnb moos if they can allow transaction like this to go through.someone told me that this how fnb **** people and I am starting to believe it
