Greetings I was misleading and deceived by DMC representatives Capfin account they offer me a discount of 50% of the loan i took put with them to be payable in 2 months and now it's being 3 months and they keep on deducting money from my account and additional R200.00 which I have no idea what is it for. Do not allow them to force you accept debit order mandate. It's the way of deceiving to deduct money until tou finish your debt.
Good Day I am disappointed with Cash Converters in Silverton. I pawn my laptop on and about February and I never received a copy of a contract only money to my account. I went to the store on the 21 February only to be told my items have expired and I therefore have to pay the selling price or layby the item which now cost R4000.00. I never got notification that my items is about to expire. I am now forced to buy back the item at R4000.00 This is pathetic service from the store. I need my laptop at the price I pawned with.

They are unfairly holding prescribed accounts which I have disputed with their sister Experian Credit Check and they were removed form Experian Credit Check. These accounts reflects wrong outstanding months and they do not reflect Account Numbers of the Experian Credit Expert making it difficult for me to dispute. Good Day I writing to express my grievance regarding Experian SA. 1. I lodged a dispute with Experian SA with certain accounts and they were removed successfully which I appreciate that however my credit score it is from poor to average which I expected it to be on either good or great because so far I only have one account which is up to date. 2. I believe Experian SA process false information to Standard Bank SA because my credit score with Experian currently sits on 616 however with standard bank 545 how can this be possible.
