Had the most amazing birthday at this restaurant, my husband pulled out all the stops and they assisted him with everything. The customer service, atmosphere, down to the food was exceptional.
I placed an order using Payfast and the company is a fraud, they still have not delivered my order and they’ve gone on to block me on their social platforms. Reached out to Payfast to find out if they can do a reversal and they can’t assist me as they first have to get permission from the merchant, how does this make sense at all. They do not want to assist at all. Don’t use them as they work hand in hand with fraudulent companies.
Zero transparency. I’ve asked them when am I receiving my order on their Facebook page, they keep deleting the comments and not responding. I wish I would’ve read the HelloPeter reviews before purchasing the breast pump. I see that people are complaining.
Highly disappointed with Standard Banks vetting process, how in this day and age are you hiring abusive South African men. Their Senior Data Analyst by the name of Menzi Mabaso threatened my mothers life this weekend, an old fragile woman being pushed and shoved in the face and being told that he’s going to f*** her up. It’s a damn shame!!!
Rain has double debited my account now for the past 3 months. No one is able to provide me feedback as to why. I provided them with my bank statement where they can see the evidence. It’s been two and a half weeks now and they have not provided me with feedback, instead they keep taking my money from my account unlawfully. I am so tired of them! What must happen for us to get help, should we go to the ombudsman to receive customer service from RAIN and a refund.
Bought the 1kg Apricot flavoured Yogi Sip and it is watery. This product is so disgusting!!! What a waste of my money. If I knew this I would have never bought this disgusting product.
We took our car in for a damaged bumper, Hofbro evaluated the vehicle and everything was fine. After they repaired the car, on the day of collection there was a huge crack on the windshield that was never there, the evaluator then went back to look at documents then came back and said yes it wasn't there, this crack happened while they baking the car. We then received a paper from Hofbro with a warranty stating that someone would come to our house to fix the windscreen. It's been 3 weeks now and management does not want to take any responsibility yet all their employees that we've spoken to have said and are saying that Hofbro is at fault and they need to fix it, it's not us or our insurance. The crack keeps getting worse and HOFBRO MANAGEMENT is not taking our calls instead they keep sending receptionists to tell us that they are in a meeting and they do not fix windshields.
I do not understand how FNB is working with SA Payment Exchange and taking unauthorized payments from their consumers accounts, this morning alone R109.00 was debited THREE times from my account, and now on my app or online i cant stop or reverse, I have to call and ask them to reverse, my airtime is even finished, so now I have to wake up with expectations that I'll be left with no money in my account. and FNB says they cant call me back HOW???? WHEN FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS HAPPENING AT YOUR BANK.
