Over the last 3 year, with 2 kids, I have spent exactly R26 570.00 on Huggies diapers. As a mom, you value your chosen diaper brand and trust that you will get quality for the price you pay. I recently purchased a pack of diapers only to find that every nappy in the bag was defected. I reached out to Kimberly-Clark and followed the steps for reimbur*****t. It has not been 2 months and I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved. I am following up twice weekly and only get promises of "your voucher will be issued" yet it never arrives. The customer helpline is extremely inefficient and the agents who work there are disrespectful and short. I am absolutely disgusted in the level of service received. I will not spend another cent on a huggies product, and advise anyone reading this to do the same.
If I could give them minus stars I would! I ordered a bad on their app, it took them over a week to deliver it. The delivery driver was disrespectful. The items were broken! When I tried to log a return they refuse to return the item, after I sent them pictures. What am I supposed to do with broken items that I have had to pay for? Theifs *****ing our money. Do not use this company.
Absolute **** artists. Do not use this medical aid. They lie. They *****. They refuse to pay claims for no reason. ****mers. They do not care about you as a client. They only want your money and then do not pay in line with your benefit.
I bought a whole roast chicken from Woolworths Sandown on Wednesday night and it left my entirely family with gastro/food poisoning yesterday. Absolutely unacceptable considering you paid R100.00 for a small chicken.. I will not be shopping at Woolworths again.
I have had the worst possible experience dealing with Elise Van Dyk at the Blouberg branch. She is absolutely no people skills! She is disrespectful towards her clients, has no manners and is right out RUDE! This is the very last time I will EVER rent via Just Property- and its a pity because Joe Alves is a good agent.
Absolutely shocking service from the waitresses. I had made reservations for the evening and when I arrived- hand sanitizer was not once offered- not during our time at the restaurant, not before entering and not when leaving- considering we are in the middle of a pandemic this is absolutely DISGUSTING! When I told this rude waitress that I had made reservations for two she completely ignored me and said Inside or outside?"I said again that I had made reservations for two, inside. She again completely ignored me and said again Inside or outside": (This is honestly so disgusting. To have such poor manners and customer service skills I am honestly appalled that she even got the job as a waitress there. After seating us at a table she handed us a plastic frame with a bar-code in it instead of a menu!? NOT explaining how to use it or anything- my partner and I sat like blithering idiots waiting for the other waiter to finish explaining it to his table- we then asked him to serve us for the rest of the evening a after he actually had the decency to explain to us how to use the menu. He actually provided us with semi decent service but there after the food was revolting- we ordered three separate meals and neither of us could finish any of them as the food was bland and just unappetizing. ALSO The amount of money we had to fork out with our bill was NO WHERE NEAR WORTH IT! I regret even paying my bill after the disgusting service and food. Sort your staff out- sort your chef out. Sort your system out! Offer your clients sanitizer at least! I am honestly so disappointed and I can assure you not myself not any of my acquaintances will ever go back there.
Yesterday I had the horrible 'pleasure' of buying chicken breasts from SuperSpar Parklands - when I got home and opened the packaging I got hit with the most horrific, rancid smell that I have ever smelt.- I honestly vomitted all over my kitchen floor. I tried washing the chicken and the smell got even worse. The packaging did note that THE ÓDOUR'"would fade after 2minutes however instead of fading it got worse and ended up stinking my ENTIRE house out,n I eventually threw the chicken away in my big black bin out side-only for it to stink my garden out- absolutely disgusting. I will definitely NOT be buying meat from Super Spar Parklands again.
Absolutely disgusting service. I ordered a meal at 11 am. It told me the food would be delivered at 12pm the absolute latest. It is now after 13:00pm and I have still not received my meal. I phoned the service line over an hour ago who told me it would be another 20 minutes maximum. I am still waiting. DISGUSTING SERVICE. Would not recommend to anybody.
<p>So I had the pleasure of stopping in at KFC based on Parklands Main Road. To start the 'interesting' visit off I was greeted with the worst attitude and a resting ***** face. Then to excite things, even more, when I specifically stated numerous times that I am highly allergic to Mayonnaise, so they must please not add any sauces to my food, they still put Mayonnaise on my food! HAH. </p> <p>Then to top the experience off, when I got the food, drowning in Mayonnaise... I got dirty looks and attitude when I asked very nicely for a new meal. Then continued to wait another half hour for my food which had a piece of chicken the size of a tables**** on my boxmaster, by then my chips and pops were ice cold. </p> <p>Worst experience and disgusting service. </p> <p>DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME. You will only feel disappointed in the end. </p>
