I have been Banking with FNB since 2017.I can confirm this Bank doesn't care about its customers and its only objective is revenue .Here are my reasons :i have been begging them for bond for the last 2 years .They are willing to give me anything way over the property price that i need as per their preapprovals on my app/internet banking which never declines but they cant give me a shelter .I have been renting for the last 5 years ,same place ,rent is paid from my FNB salary account which is way above the installment of the property i need to buy .I am now losing another very nice apartment which causes only 400k near where i stay because they cant give my credit for permanent resident .Across all the social media platforms we need to expose this selfish bank.I dont care about other Banks that i not banking with .If FNB can give me revolving loans , credit cards ,Overdraft etc ,they should care about what i also need ,not what they can make quick high interest on.
Another scan this one .On Sunday the 11th around 12 i received SMS From Ackerman's stating that i have changed by cellphone number to 0630894298 ,i saw this sms only around 16h and there was no answer to the number provided .I sent numerous emails to both useless Tenacity and No service Ackerman's asking for answers. To this day no body is able to tell me how was my primary contacts changed instead they asking me to send 3 months bank statement and ID so they can de***** me .
The is absolutely NO service at Woolworths, anybody who dealt with them from their contact center ,social media or any other channel will agree. So i bought a gift for my younger brother 's birthday .The jacket was big ,he returned it with a receipt and he was treated really bad SummyMarks Branch in Sunnyside and sent away with reason that card needed .I complained even on Twitter about this .NO SERVICE AT ALL
We need to be careful with Vodacom ,The have been charging me amounts unauthorized .Yesterday i received their statement which was over 1K from what i have signed for on my 3 contracts .Today i called no body count give me straight answer .After various calls been transferred from one department to another someone said i subscribed for auto refill ,that was a shock of my life .I am cancelling all the contracts they can charge me penalties is better than being a victim of Vodacom ********* behaivior and *****
This is what i submitted to Spar website .We always overlook the affords some of these retails make to keep us their customers happy and is wrong . I don't know why you guys don't have Compliments on your drop down under Subject .I am here to tell you that Spar -Florida Goldman do all the basics right with excellent service to their customers and i am one of them (Regular for that matter and able to proof) Please tell all Supervisors staff and Management that we are happy .I was there yesterday as i forgot some items i purchased on Saturday and i was treated like i am the only client they have .
After SARB Policy Committee reduced repo and indicated is effective from the 22nd Nov ,Again MFC went and debited my account 4 days prior its actual debit date which as per my instructions is the 26th .They did this intentionally and i doubt if it was only me .This is an ********* behavior by the bank that failed to resolve an issue i submitted to them of a defective vehicle that they financed .This Bank learned the weaknesses of Ombudsman and they do as they like .BE CARFUL SOUTH AFRICANS .I am going to share this on other channels .This early debit was to avoid the cut of repo ! I did not have money the whole weekend because my salary is paid today. I sent email ,No reply and they will not bother
I know some of you wont believe this because the service at Motor industry is so bad .Let me share this anywhere : Yesterday at about 11h50 ,I made enquiry on a vehicle via Cars.co.za At 11h58 JP Bezuidenhout responded and asked me to send docs for Finance Fast forward at 14:29 Yolandi already submitted application and provided update ,By 16h same day everything was Finalized including Insurance which she just needed my Insurer 's contacts and did everything for me . At 16:18 contract was signed At 16h30 driver was on the road to deliver the Car. Anybody reading this must consider this guys for their next wheel . I AM IMPRESSED !! Shocking experience from MFC .ref 211325120147808 So few months ago i settled my vehicle at MFC and recently financed another one .Unfortunately this time i was de*****ed by the dealer called Mount fuji Nissan or BB Nissan In Makhado Limpopo. This dealers sells defective used cars ,i don't know about new .I logged an incident of ***** with NED Bank -MFC hoping they will help their client after all facts were provided that this was pure ***** by the Dealer.I proved to them that dealer sold this car knowing about gearbox issues.3rd instalment just went off for 10500k ,MFC closed the case before they could attend or resolve it. They are happy with the fact that client must pay for damaged goods sold to them knowingly and they are happy to be involved with car dealer ***** .I AM SOOO DISSAPPOINTED TO THE CORE .This is my last deal with NEDBANK or MFC .I now have to pay Attorneys to help me for the matter that should have been resolved by this Finance House by just requesting change of article
ANOTHER USELESS PRODUCT FROM FNB CALLED LOW ON CALL (LOC).Dealer sold me vehicle of over 500k with mechanical faults actually it needs new gearbox . I asked for help from LOC at FNB ,Below is their *we do not care attitude* .Remember If you have good legal rep ,they can assist with complaint to Ombudsman .Even the form has that section The above matter refers We acknowledge receipt of your email dated the 20th of June 2024 and content therein. Kindly take note that on our telephonic conversation with you, we have advised you to lodge a formal complaint with the dealership and that if you are not happy with their outcome, you can escalate the matter to Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa (MIOSA). ********* business practices at BB Nissan Makhado sequence of events: I Financed the vehicle through MFC It Was delivered on the 28th March in Polokwane .This car had funny sounds when you change gears which i informed the Dealer . On the 5th June i had a breakdown on N1 which i informed the Dealer about .The vehicle had challenges to change gear and i towed it to my Manager 's house who gave me his car to attend the meeting in PTA ,then next morning took it to Car Care Clinic in Sunninghill. They have yesterday confirmed that the car has gearbox problems. I am of strong opinion that this vehicle was sold with mechanical issues knowingly hence i am being ignored .I have been asking for DP to reach out to me and i was told that won’t happen . This is now a contractual / legal matter which requires prompt attention and i will treat it as such
