I have been trying to cancel my subscription since last year and now they keep billing me, despite telling them I am no longer working and they must cancel. I will not pay for something I did not use... I have asked you numerous times to cancel and collect your router... I signed up under the impression that this is month on month and I pay as I use. Not this **** of charging me for something you can clearly see is offline. Please come collect your trash...
I want to share the experience I had with one of the cashiers namely Portia at Game Southgate , Jhb South branch. The first time this lady shouted at me as thou I was a child and I did not react , she is impatient and really looks like she has an attitude towards the job... This past Saturday i went on my regular monthly grocery stock up with my 3 boys, 2 of which are restless toddlers. I was already frustrated from their demands and i was met with the most disgusting behavior from Portia, She did not greet me and further made it an issue that i was paying using Pay Just now, she then did not ask me if i would like plastic bags or not , i literally only noticed when the security asked me how i would manage 2 trolleys with food without any plastics. When i approached her to purchase the plastics , she shockingly asked me if i dont have a car , because usually customers with cars do not require plastics... I couldn't understand how she rationalised that in her head... because tell me how i would carry 2 trolleys with groceries worth more than 2000 with no plastics and kids... I'm not one to run to the platform however it was the 2nd time I received Ill treatment from the same cashier and an appalling attitude from hell. I really think your Staff needs to understand the weight that comes with being in a customer facing role and that they are representing a big brand like Game. I buy from game religiously every month end and I spend a hefty amount on groceries because that's where it is convenient, also I live 5 minutes away from Southgate and i honestly will not be made to feel small like that lady made me feel.. She even had the obesity to tell me that if I don't like her tone I must go speak to her manager and said this is how she is and she did not even bother to apologize thou I was sharing with her that she was unkind to me and her treatment was not at all acceptable... The manager eventually sold me the plastics but her apology was as vague and I really felt like we have a long way to go.... I will be using a different shop going forward...
I am disappointed with the service I received from the cashier who assisted me today at Southgate Pnp... I gathered from the till slip that her name is Mathapelo Ruiters.. She continued having a conversation with her friend beside her and I had to ask for my change and a plastic which she had already charged . After paying for my stuff she merely ghosted me and continued doing something else. I had to ask for my change which she claimed to have forgotten. I always avoid Southgate because of the service level but sometimes we have no choice because it's our neatest mall. Please train you staff...
I am disappointed with the level of service I receive from these guys... constantly. Now they have disconnected my service and I can not be assisted
The customer service from Vodacom is nothing short of appalling. If it isn't them refusing to assist, it is them being rude and deliberately muting the call and waiting for me to hang up. I have had so much trouble with their wifi services, I think I should take my money elsewhere.
I'm very disappointed in the unprofessional and attitude I received from Phakamile or phakamani that called me this morning from Nedbank. The lack of empathy and non chalant behavior is actually the reason I'm closing that account and will have no future dealings with Nedbank. I actually somehow knew that my journey with them would be an epic fail... the service I've received with the green bank has been disgusting. Certainly not my cup of tea
I'm not happy at all. I've been waiting for a support call since Monday.
I'm so sad at this point... The rain app is useless and u get no where with their customer service..
I think you guys should close down this airline... I have never been so upset ... The flight FA240 Delayed from 11:30 - 13:30... We arrived at the airport on time for the initial time they said it was delayed to... boom they drop a bomb , it's now delayed to 17:40.. no apology, no explanation and rude staff as a cherry on top... It's definitely the last time I fly with these ppl.
