I ordered the CellC LTE deal from Axxess. After it was confirmed that my area has LTE coverage I have been experiencing problems with very slow internet speeds. I had to wait three days before I got a connection with the internet. Spend hours with Axxess on the phone to sort out the problem and I was asked to fill in a form which will be sent to CellC. I cannot work at night due to no internet or slow speeds. Do not buy the CellC LTE from Axxess
FNB deducted a debit order twice from my account. Trying to sort this out is close to impossible. Used over R 200.00 worth of airtime to contact them to reverse the debit order. After 15 minutes of holding on someone answered just to tell me they transferring me to another consultant. (sure the person was on his way to lunch) needless to say the transfer ended up with the phone being hanged up. Client for over 10 years... your slogan does not apply to you FNB... how can we help please....
I have requested that my debit order be moved to the 1st of the month. I phoned them and they assured me that it will be changed. Debit Order went of the 25th of the month and not the 1st of the month as agreed. I phoned them again the next month and asked them to amend the date to the first and she confirmed that it is for the first of the month and they could not give clarity why it went of on 25th of the month. The following month it again debited on the 25th and this time I was charged a penalty fee from my bank and Auto and General again messed up the debit orders. During my discussion I have also furnished them with my new mobile number. I attempted to submit a claim today and requested that they call me back. The lady said she will call me back and I have not received any calls from her. I again phoned them today and requested why I have not been called back and he confirmed that the phone was not on... as they tried to call me on my old number... I then requested that he call me back and he told me he cant call me back as there are a high call volume and if I need assistance I must discuss it with him now as they are only able to call be back on Monday.... how is that for service. Considering to change my insurance company... don't have time to deal with incompetent staff...

I herewith would like to express my unpleasant experience with Wesbank.

During March 2017 I applied for private to private finance which was subsequently approved. I purchased a vehicle and the purchase was facilitated by Titlegaurd, a division of Chocolate Finance which facilitation fees I paid for.

The vehicle went for an inspection at J.E.G Diesel which is a Bosch Centre in Paarden Eiland, Cape Town.

After taking delivery of the vehicle we noticed a few issues on the vehicle that was not recorded on the inspection sheet done by Bosch.

We noted our concerns and after a long debate with Titlegaurd, Bosch agreed to redo the inspection of the vehicle. After the second inspection by Bosch a lot more issues were suddenly discovered and we were not allowed to see the second inspection sheet, despite us requesting this from Bosch.

It was evident based on the second inspection that the vehicle had been in an accident and that Bosch had missed all the defects on the vehicle and this was confirmed verbally by Bosch. After more than a month we have not heard anything back from Bosch. Titlegaurd investigated the issues and we have not yet received any feedback from Titlegaurd taking responsibility for their service provider’s mistake.

I have managed to find out that the vehicle has been written off prior to our sale and that Wesbank and Titlegaurd has missed this important information and that Wesbank does not finance written off vehicles.

I have made contact with Wesbank and tendered return of the vehicle with cancellation of the credit agreement and I was informed by Wesbank that an agent will contact me to collect the vehicle and for the credit agreement to be cancelled.

It has been five working days and no one has called me from Wesbank. I am following up constantly with Wesbank as they are ignoring my correspondence and their customer services are absolutely pathetic. I would not advise anyone to apply for private to private finance.

One would think that such an innovative bank would assist their client’s professionally and diligently especially those who have been a victim of their own system failing and paying for a vehicle that has been written off.
