Ever since world remit changed to paystack I have been having issues with them the latest is so upsetting that it has left me in a very bad situation. I did a transfer and it was delayed and just hanging world remit said it was the recipients bank but I used a different app and the transfer went through. Then I requested a refund of the funds and they actioned the refund. I followed up and was advised that the refund has been done I need to wait. I waited and followed up again a few days later with my bank and world remit. At this point world remit requested a refund receipt to be sent to me, which is when they realised that the refund failed and they need to do a manual refund. This is the worst service I received. 1 out of nearly 20 transactions was successful in 3 months!!!! I have to have my refund today I urgently need the funds!!!!! The transaction number is 433742715 and my case number is 01424097
Driver Samuel Hatungimbana didn’t have data and didn’t respond to my messages to him via checkers app I even sent a message asking him to WhatsApp me so I could send my location. I had been in hospital and accidentally gave that address as it was incorrect and my actual location was 2minutes away he ignored all my messages and pleading. I am currently home bound and working from home and unable to go out and my 3yo needed her snacks and food but he refused to respond. Do not use this service as the drivers are I accommodating and unprofessional and argumentative.
Pathetic service from Vel de Vine. You literally made my aunt cry on her birthday breakfast with the family. I am utterly disgusted that your even had the nerve to say that the reason service and food was bad is because you have a big event the evening and didnt cater for her birthday breakfast. That is a pathetic excuse and you should have no excuse for this laps in service, because hosptality and customer service excellence should be your focal point for every event no matter the size of the party. She put a lot of thought in selecting your venue and was let done so badly that she ended up crying. A grown woman, with medical issues and thats on a pension decided to treat her family and was met with utter disaster. Well done on failing at customer satisfaction yesterday, and treating my family as insignificant customers!
DO NOT USE MOMENTUM FUNDS AT WORK AS THEY FORCED ME INTO DEBT REVEIW DUE TO THE DELAY OF MY CLAIMS. THIS IS MY 4TH COMPLAINT AND NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME AND I FELL INTO DEPRESSION AGAIN DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE AND THEIR DELAYS.
My second review and no contact the end of the month is very close and I have been struggling with this for 2 weeks this is supposed to be high priority but still waiting!!!
Been in constant contact with the company and relayed my concerns and need for urgent assistance but just empty promises and no solid revert. Everything feels like it's just hanging in the air. Left in the dark on my claim.
No assistance and been given template answers. I am in actually experiencing huge difficulties and have requested assistance and instead of assisting me I have been told no assistance offered and unable to help at all. Agents have also released my chat while mid chat and just copied and pasted responses. I have been with this company for years and am usually happy with the service received, but this time round literally been pushed from pillar to post and even sent 4 emails. I am so tired, drained, stressed out and still have not received any valuable information or feedback. Also information is inconsistent as been given 3 email addresses and 1 email reverted saying I should contact the department I had been requesting assistance from, even though the department advised me they do not assist with my request and to reach out to someone else. Agents I spoke to was Vui, Teboho(very rude and sees a customer as a number under his productivity) and Bandile.
Slow service sitting with my product since 14 April in Germany called previously they said 14 days order shipped 5 Apil. Tried to get assistance the say contact merchant provider but product left the supplier already. No assistance, useless Webchat service and no help!!! I want my product!!!
Amazing service from Nithaam. He was professional understanding and didn't mind my annoying blabbering . Very friendly and truly an asset, clearly meant for great things!!!
I do understand that there might be some delays with the IBT system as we all get back to reality after covid lockdown 5/4 but seriously I requested a IBT from Promenade Archive to Zevenwacth as I am a pregnant lady and am not able to really travel out much. It has now been 6 days and I do not even know where my IBT is as Zevenwatch says they checked the system and Promenade had not even checked out the sneaker yet. I called Promenade and they advised that they were very busy who day thrusday and could not IBT it yet on Thursday nor Friday nor Saturday. I called Promenade again this morning and was promised a call back while they check if the sneaker had been sent out on Monday as Sunday the drivers did not collect. I am still waiting for my call back. I am annoyed and frankly very emotional about this as I am at that point in my pregnancy where I would love to crack and become the monster but I am holding back the anger because that is not my nature. I would really like some sort of feedback but I don't even know if I will be getting assistance. The sneaker 1 want is the last in its size I have tried purchasing it online and it is sold out I have called 3 stores and also gone to Somerset Mall Archieve over the weekend where i was told i shouldnt even bother with the IBT because it will never come or take up to a few weeks to get to the store I want. All this information is contradictory. I have been a loyal club member for the past few years and the purchases I have made are not small I would love some level of service and for somebody to com back to me.
