Hi 29 June I wrote a review and vowed moon and stars Id never go back. Went back today. I never ordered anything for myself because I really am done but I was summoned to get something from pedros .... So I did. As soon as I got to the till to give my order. The teller - not giving names...takes a step back to talk to the lady serving the orders for about 30 seconds. She finally takes my order doesn't Apologize. She could see i was upset as she was taking my order so i got attitude from her. I told her i didn't like what she did and proceeded to deny what happened all this while my nephew stamding next to me. I felt embarrassed as an uncle. I felt like a child when she denied me confronting her about what she done. I asked for the manager on duties name and she refused to give me the name. I went on to explain to her why I was upset - previous horrble service... I see the old manager still there because he came out afterwards to come stand and be angry infront of the shop. It was horrible seeing him because i thought he was upset that i was there. I overheard one of the staff members ask him why is he so upset. Tip - maybe try and screen all your guys staff members because I Definitely won't be going back even if someone paid me. You should only leave a fast food place with your food and a smile and not food and bad feelings Pelican park pedros
Paid the fine 25 May 2025. Got a sms in the beggining of July to confirm that the amount for the ticket number is still outstanding. Sent City of Cape town email to let them know that I paid it with the pop... Their reply... Good day Please note, Fines SA is not affiliated to The City of Cape Town. If you made payment directly to Fines SA, they did not pay The City of Cape Town. Now im sitting with 2 problems. 1st one i lost money to a speeding ticket. 2nd one finessa still hasn't paid the fine.
I just got home from pedros pelican park for the 2nd time. Ordered 1 1.4 chicken paella,1 fully loaded wrap, 2 onion rings, 2 garlic rolls. Got home gave my wife's food which was 1.4 chicken paella 1 garlic roll and 1 onion ring but there were no onion rings or wrap. Went back spoke to lyle the manger. He said he can't help me because i don't have my slip and he never did my order so basically who gives a fkkkkk i need to speak to Portia cashier who did my order. I got my slip after leaning over the counter and unfrommiling slips from randon customers slips that was laying on Pedro's counter and compared it withmy card slip which matchef up 100%. When you collect your order.. You give them your slip so i wouldn't have my slip regardless. The rap wasn't on the slip but that's not my problem. I definitely placed the order because the wrap was part of meal. I left. I want nothing to do with pedros. The lady who packed the orders made me feel like im trying to ***** food because she said she definitely packed the onion rings & the wrap but there was no wrap or onion and that's that.... Good bye pedros never fkkken again ***** my money. Life is already expensive. Your food isnt bad but not good enough to make me feel small and ***** my money.
Hello Id just like to express my gratitude to you guys( Miway) for asiisting me through an experience that was horrible. My wife and myself was involved in an accident about 2 months ago the driver of the other car tried driving away after he smashed into us. Lucky for us we got his number plate. MIWAY legal department has assisted us throughout the entire process by contacting the other party. We didn't need to do a thing. Phones us on time everytime. Not a day after not next week... On the time. A special thanks to Nikita Kisten who has been dealing with my accident matter through. She was very patient. Listened to my frustrations and explained everything that might happen and what needs to happen in detail so that I could mentally prepare everytime. Not once did she try and school me. Im pretty sure i went overboard a few times while we were on the phone because in the beggining it seemed like the other driver was trying to evade the situation but Nikita Kisten got through and today I got a phone call to say the other driver will be sorting out everything. Thanks to Emile, Raymond and Zain for their client/customer service and going above and beyond to get me sorted and help me with the convenience of saving time and willing to assist with any problems that arose. They've collected and dropped my now previous vehicle at work when I never had the time to doit myself. Arranged to meet and Pick me up when I sold my vehicle and drove me through to the new one. Big thanks to Raymond for literally helping sell my car and get a new one all in 1 Saturday and for litterally standing by me all the way. Easy to get hold of even after hours... Always answers his phone and kept me in the loop and also put out a few fires when I needed assistance 😎 😎 Thanks guys 11 out of 10 😉
hi I took out a motor vehicle warranty and service plan in around 2018 a few months after you guys financed my vehicle. The premiums from the warranty and service plans got added and increased my vehicles premiums as soon as I've taken them out. When these option expired 1 or 2 years later. My vehicles premium that got increased never decreased as I would have expected. I phoned a few years ago and was told that my premium never decreased because its the way things work. It stays on my vehicle premium and would decease the term of my vehicle finance. I phoned this morning and was told that because of the option I took the premium got spread out across my vehicles finance terms which means that I'm still paying for 2 expired plans. Really ??
If only there were 10 stars for customer service. I needed something sorted out and this was done to my expectation in the friendliest manner. A very big thank you to Michelle at that branch branch ??

Nedbank... Where do I start. I've had endless problems. My wife and myself opened nedbank account claremont last year. She receives her card mine was at someset mall which nedbank explained to me they will fix. For the next 2 weeks I received more messages to say collect card at some set mall branch...in the end I got my card. My debit orders were not all moved over from my old bank. I know there where ones that I had to arrange with ex bank to have be moved over but there where more that was suppose to be moved that never was. My sms notifications was mixed up heavy. If I swiped it would give me an incorrect balance. On my friends wedding where I was best man my card got declined because of incorrect balances being reflected sms and the app. I wanted to but us a celebratory drink... Very very embarrassed that day wow. I then got someone from nedbank to assist me and explain why I had no more money in my account and they did but because my notifications where wrong even in the app I was misled by the totals reflecting amounts that weren't there. I felt like such a big idiot after nedbank explained to me where all my money went because it was correct but their notifications weren't. I was chatting to a nedbank agent on my friend's wedding where I was Best an. The bank charges are rediculus. I was told it would be less than my old bank... It wasn't.. it's actually way more... I ended up moving all my debit orders back and started using my old bank account as debit orders would get denied then over night it would return for no reason as Unpaid magtape item. The personal loan from nedbank I left with them... I didn't want extra bank charges because I moved my nedbank personal loan premium is being debited from another bank...I ended up moving it anyway this month. Friday 24th I wanted to cancel my account because I had enough. Ran away from work during lunchtime and went to 1st Watergate then Westgate mall. Finally get into a branch and the girl who served people at the front desk really had a **** you very much attitude. Don't know what her name is but her right eye has a white dot in it. She gives me a phone number to phone apparently debit orders can't be changed in the branch.. I never knew. I then sat down to whatsapp my wife as my lunch time was running up and I was super frustrated and I wanted my wife to know that I won't be able to get to her requests she gave me. This mother ****er... The girl with the right white eye shouts from where she was in side the bank infront of everyone... Sir you can't make calls inside the bank you have to go outside... Omf.... I just left. I then spent 50 minutes on the phone with nedbank call center debit order switching department... You guys know already after the 10th transfer and security check I finally got through. My manager was busy phoning me already and I was standing in Westgate mall. I got my requests completed and then inquired about the double R185 debit on my account and was told it's my cards maintanance fees. I only have 1 card.. The guy then tells me the other card is the one I collected in somerset mall... Lol... Need I say more.... I also got him to escate these matter. It's Tuesday and still nobody got back to me.
