•Delay in food service and lack of staff attentiveness •Welcome drinks were not ready upon arrival, and the drinks menu was communicated before of which inconvenienced our guests who could not drink •We paid for the DJ & PA system, the DJ did not show up and there was no set up, no manager came to explain what the cause of the DJ was being late and not showing up ( We had to use a Bluetooth speaker to entertain our guests with our CELLPHONES) •We opted for the rose garden venue for our year end party but due to the weather the venue moved us to the Zanzibar and again no effort was made to get the set up done proper •Overall, we had a bad experience at the venue and it not worth the money we paid for
ABSA credit card collections is refusing my settlement arrangement for credit card which is been overdue the entire year, is the bank willing to loose out on money paid back to them than a slow payer whose not sure when the card will be settled, I’ve got most accounts with this bank but I’m taken pillar to post with my arrangement. ABSA is the worst in everything as a banker and employer
Vodacom is absolutely ****ming their customers by opening sim contracts for small amounts of money for customers not to notice, this is the third sim card that I see on my statement which I did not ask for or neither received yet I am paying for it every month and when you cancel these sim card ****s you are still required to pay a fee, 8 years with vodacom contract and it' only this past 3 years I'm experiencing bad service from them by allowing their agents to **** their own client, EK IS GATVOL MET VODACOM they are really bull****ting us with their ****s
I have received the worst service from Geraldine West from vision properties in Pretoria East , our house had a pipe burst and the whole ceiling was damaged by water including our some lights in the house and all they could do as a company is choose certain parts to replace because insurance instructed to do so I’ve got nothing on paper to show what was the approval for the claim **disgusted by this I wish I could share the damages of our house on this review They work together with very rude contractors, that are so quick to tell us they will stop fixing our house… Geraldine is ruining the reputation of this company in the east of Pretoria no wonder our estate management is changing them.
Truworths the grove mall had multiple wallets priced R36 and refused to sell it with the price that was shown and claimed that it is R360 but there is a customer who bought the wallet with R36 because she was white it was authorised and the sales consultant informed the supervisor that most of the wallets are incorrectly priced it must be fixed which they failed to do now they mislead us the black customers with the same price of R36 and refused to sell us the purse and said it cannot be authorised according to law the price I see is the price I pay but both the manager and floor manager refused to sell it to us.
FNB CONTACT CENTRE AGENT LEBOHANG REFUSING TO TRANSFER MY CALLS AND PLACE MY CALLS ON HOLD FOR NO REASON YES I HAVE THE FRAUD INVESTIGATOR ON THE OTHER HAND CAN'T TAKE MY CALLS TO RESPOND ON ACCOUNT THAT SHE PLACED ON HOLD, I HAVE MONTHLY DEVITS TO PAY WHICH ARE FAILING AT THE MOMENT. I JUST WANT MY ACCOUNT TO BE FIXED SO I CAN PAY MY DEVITS AND CLOSE OFF THE FNB ACCOUNT AS I'VE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.
My account was blocked by Boitumelo Mogane and she requested me to submit documents for the account to be unblocked, she assured me that my debit orders will be processed and to my surprise today I got paid and already some of my debit orders are bouncing cab I have this case resolved urgently.
I am really frustrated by Sanlam Icover by their bad service I have received they have canceled my funeral cover without my knowledge and now they can't even give me a call back regarding the telephone recording where I canceled my cover so they keep saying. I have been calling Wendy the past two week and everyday her response is I'm escalating the matter I'm still waiting for the forensic department to respond. I'm disgusted by their service should I have an emergency tomorrow I won't be able to claim due to them canceling my policy.
SARS service this year is very poor their telephonic appointments are late by 1hour 30min and you call them back they don't even respond whilst I have a problem with my submission.
