My Partner and I purchased a vehicle at Motorway which is believed to be a subsidiary of BNA motors on 29 April 2024 Sales rep was helpful and came across great! Taariq Abraham’s then advised there’s nothing wrong with the car and that it came from PE branch but when I got the car it has CAA number plates. Anyway I collected vehicle and then drove it to Langebaan the very day as I went on a short break/holiday and obviously very smitten with this car. The morning of 30 April I start the car only to find the car has a misfire. I contact them immediately and they advise to bring the car in and I’m like how am I to do so because the car can’t drive in this condition but anyway left it and later that day started the car and it came right. I have it just over a month and after taking it to the workshop was told to drive it and if it happens again they’ll book it in. The car cannot drive and the dealer is very nonchalant about it as he insists I need to bring it in. HOW AM I GOING TO BRING IT TO THE WORKSHOP IF I CANNOT DRIVE IT!! They refuse to have a tow truck collect this piece of junk. BNA seems to be selling low grade vehicles to the public and we work hard to pay these assets monthly.
I am planning on resigning and withdrawing my Provident Fund in the very near future and the reason for this review is to initiate a conversation on voicing how afraid I already am about how competent and diligent this company is going to be in processing my claim. I have 2 individuals who I know on a personal basis who are also awaiting their payouts and are having the worst experience thus far. @momentumSA you have loyal clients and are recommended and utilised by reputable and world renowned organisations, so my ask is that you please restore your reputation and resolve current and future issues in a respectful and timeously manner. Absolutely putrid service. Waited for 30mins to order drinks, literally felt lost and forgotten about. Upon the waiters arrival we asked for the drinks bill and the waiter literally forced us to stay when we insisted on getting the bill so we could leave. Absolutely disgusted by this service. Definitely my first and last time. I did not mention the way I got the staffs attention. I literally called the front desk from my table. It was really so so upsetting
Hi fraudsters, I’ve honestly had it with you people. Over the past 2 weeks I’ve had the worst internet service ever and even had a ticket logged and yesterday I get debited 529zar. I borrowed money today to fix my god damn car and then you guys debit me again for 529! What mockery is this! Please find proof of payment attached I WANT MY MONEY IMMEDIATELY!! Great food, really had a good time however as a soccer supporter I went there specifically because I was out of Cape Town on vacation in Gqeberha and it was the first weekend of the new Premier League season and they advised as a customer I cannot have my request to watch the LFC vs Norwich game because of the rugby being more important and apparently it being in their policy, however as a customer I was not aware on arrival otherwise I would’ve gone somewhere else.
Having internet issues constantly with this ISP. Contact center closes early then I cannot work. Thinking of switching ISP's because I cannot put my job in jeopardy because of such incompetent service.
When I read all the different reviews left in the past few days all I can do is laugh, not because it's funny but because it's saddens me how this company's service is affecting so many lives. We live in a world where internet is of utmost importance because we have been driven to work from home, some people have kids having to be schooled from home, some need entertainment after a long day etc the list can go on and on. Yet this company goes the extra mile to be incompetent, show a lack of customer service and an enormous amount of lack in professionalism. Just like others I've been waiting 3days to get to speak to a human in their chat bot on whatsapp. Then I get through to someone on Friday of last week and they promise me they canceled my order as requested. Then I speak to a Rabia on Monday and she apologises and says she will cancel it, then later that day I contact and speak to Daniel Davids and he promises that he canceled it and SLA is 24-48hrs before it reflects in Vuma's system. Today I speak to Adelaine Jacobs and she cannot address the fact that SLA has been failed. I am utterly disgusted by the service this company offers. I work in customer service and I swear to God this is not the manner in which you service the very people who keep you in business during these unprecedented times.
@Clint Fester I heard about you 2 months ago and I couldn't wait to get enough money to purchase your main online course. My recommendation was that you would change my life. I have not started your course yet even after purchasing it a few days ago but I want to say Thank You. Thank you for the service you provide, thank you for giving back to the people of color. Thank you for responding to my whatsapp message the other day when I had a problem accessing your course. It's not every day that you get a response from a millionaire. I appreciate you Clint. @ all the Natalie L's and Beverley G's that are reviewing this man 1star because of a bad experience they had with his bot, let me just give you a reality check. LIFE IS A RISK. The bot was not meant for you not to lose money or for you to make money without any effort. It is a software that could potentially benefit you it was never guaranteed because nothing is. You cannot use a 1000zar account and expect to turn it into a million. What about drawdown? Do you even know what that term means? Before buying bots that you think will make you free money while you sit with your lazy asses at home. Invest in this course. Learn the damn product then you go and make calculated decisions to purchase a damn bot. @Clint and Simone enjoy your Gucci and Prada and Luis Vuitton mnr you worked hard for it.
I would just like to thank and acknowledge Nadeem's Outstanding service provided. As a South African citizen I feel very reluctant to contact local companies as I feel their customer service is not as it should be, however Nadeem's vocabulary, professionalism and understandably was exceptional. Nadeem deserves recognition in every sense possible. Keep up the good work and I hope that NDA recognizes and acknowledges the quality of he's service. THANK YOU NADEEM!!!
<p>So I resigned not to long ago from my employer ,a week later I receive a text saying there's a sum of money transferred into my Capitec account,I then go to vangate malls branch and enquire as to where the funds come from and in a casual conversation I am advised that they are unaware and I'm like OK let's pay an advanced instalment on my loan I have with them giving myself one months relief to find another job and I also pay my retail account,now a week later Motsetse Moleka team leader at Capitec Collections in Johannesburg!!! Calls demanding i pay the funds back,I will not be held responsible for this unprofessional behaviour of this bank as I am not going to feel like a criminal because I was honest to enquire where it came from ,I'm not going to have my credit score affected neither am I gonna be responsible for this banks action.</p>
