Your ambassador at Pick n Pay Tramshed was very very rude. I've left the store without the card because she told me I needed to go to Home Affairs because my Green ID doc is no longer valid. Tymebank how can I have the card issued to me? You're such an exceptional bank and your App also works with so much ease but train your staff better
I was at your Pick n Pay Tramshed early in the morning today. I was only there for a simple thing, to have a Tymebank card issued to me. I got there and there was the ambassador by the door. Greeted her nicely and told her I need a card. At first she thought I wanted to open an account. All so happy(perhaps for a sale) until she understood I was only there for card issuance then she decided she was'nt in the mood to help anymore. Her talk was very rude and so was her body language. 'Put your pin in, just place your Hand there'. I got fed up and asked her for her Manager, she responded that she does'nt have the manager there. I then asked her to ask the store manager to come see me and she still responded with a very attitude ""The store does'nt have a manager"". Pick n Pay Tramshed, I've always applauded your store service for so many years. Do not allow ambassadors of other brands to ***** that. I was only there for a card so that I can withdraw. Because she was'nt exactlt in customer service mode I've left the srore without it. She had told me ""You need to go to Home Affairs, your Green ID book is no longer valid". I will also highlight Tymebank complaints line about this.
Makro is not really my choice of store but then I thought I should give it a try. I am physically having your Wrewards card by me but I am not able to link it to my online profile. It is so pathetic to know that one of your staff have given me this card some years back without registering it to my ID no. So for now I am stuck with items in my cart and I can't pay cause I cannot qualify for the discount because this reward card that I am having is as good as I am not having it. I've already called your customer service twice, the first one was clueless and just wasted my time in asking questions and the second one told me I need to register this card but guess what I am still getting the error. Woolies I never buy from you and this is your customer service.
I bought a Defy stove on the 25th of July. I have struggled with baking with the stove cause whatever I've baked just never got to be done well. I've let the store know(OK Furniture Siyabuswa) and they have told me that Defy will need to send out their technician. Your technician came to my home only to tell me that perhaps I need another baker to come and show me how to bake, and he even asked me if I am even able to switch the stove on""". Defy if you're going to send out your personnel to people's homes at least send someone that is more customer orientated. With this, I am just letting that technician that the stove is baking well on option GRILL at 160temp. I've been baking for so many years and I've definately took offense by what he has said about my baking skills and I am still convienced that the oven door is not completely closing.
MTN please hire people that are professional with customers. I spoke with a very rude call centre agent. Instead of assisting me she tells me I need to call back again cause she is not noing to log out of her system then back login again cause I never told her what I wanted from the beginning? At least hire people that are effective and can resolve queries. I was just on live chat with a Vusi. I've specifically told him that the screenshot he want me to send is impossible because I'm strugging to watch shows either on the app or the website. When I press on play it goes back to the main menu, now what screenshot with an error was he expecting me to send? Then he further goes on and insult my inteliigent by telling me that I don't know how to take a screenshot?????
