CarTrack let me down so badly with my car. On the day my car was ******, they failed to alert me properly. I woke up to a missed call and a powerevent alerf from CarTrack. Both were sent at 1:24am and I called immediately to find out what happened. They confirmed that a powerevent alert was a notification basically saying the car was being tampered with. So I ask if they called any of my next of kin, they said no. I asked why, they said they don´t know becaus the automated call is supposed to call the next person on the system. Since the 3rd of May, I was calling tirelessly looking for answers and I got updates and differnt answers every single time. One of their representatives said that If they call me and not find me at 1.25am on the side of some freeway, they will assume that I am ok. I asked how, he said that people take out their batteries at that time of the morning in the middle of nowhere so it is not something they can assume is a hijacking or theft. Their supervisors also dont know what is going on, I have been passed from one rep to another and they are basically clueless
A STUPID DRIVER WAS SUPPOSED TO DELIVER MY ORDER AND I SPECIFIED THE NAME OF THE BUILDING. HE FOUND A RANDOM GUY WAITING SOMEWHERE AND GAVE HIM THE ORDER WITHOUT EVEN CONFIRMING THE NAME OR WHERE THE ORDER WAS FROM. HE DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE< INSTEAD HE SAYS THE GUY LOOKED FRIENDLY SO HE GAVE HIM THE ORDER. HOW ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS IS THAT EXPLANATION???! BOLD IS NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO MY MESSAGES.
So tired of calling and I'm out of airtime. I called early enough for them to make a plan but atill they did what they always do: shifted it for the next day. It doesn't matter that my new online job depends on it. I'm following up on my old response because mine was ignored. RAM didn't send the parcel out today because maybe they didn't feel like it. The driver from yesterday apparently called from a street o don't know. Meanwhile, the address i sent shows the entire building of my house. I called at 10 am, RAM FAILED AGAIN to make a plan to have my parcel delivered when i need it. I am sick and tired and I will keep posting til i receive it.
The consultants I keep coming across are very helpful and patient. Thank you very much
I ordered a RAIN sim and RAM notified me of the delivery on Wednesday. The delivery guys called me and didn't seem willing even to try and find out where I was located, they kept telling me they were at a SHELL garage but when i told them I didn't know it, they said they would call me in the morning the next day. Next day came, notification at 8 am. I waited. No call. The day went by and nothing. I called them myself the following day and they confirmed they would come by. After a few more calls, I called the customer care and they told me the parcel was at the warehouse. Meanwhile the drivers keep saying they are coming and they will call me i should calm down. They never came obviously. Now i have to wait til Monday because of their incompetence. Don't their vehicles have GPS? Don't their phones have Google maps? The address was as found on Google maps yet I still hqve to direct you to my home. Completely disappointed
All the workers want to do is embarrass people and show them how stupid they are. I called several sassa offices regarding what I need to bring and especially asked about an affidavit that people kept telling me about. Obviously to do the affidavit I need to know what to write, so I kept asking call center agents what I I need to write in it. No one knew, in fact it isn't necessary, is what they told me. The lady at the enquiries desk first rudely said she doesn't check documents when I asked her nicely to check if I've got all mine in order. *what's the point of an enquiries desk if they tell you what to inquire about??*. Then she didn't ask what I'd brought but told me I need to go to department of labor to ask for proof that I don't work anymore, then to the police station to do an affidavit saying I no longer work. How useless.
I've been trying to do a sim swap since last week the 7th November 2018. I sent my documents to ********** and today they still say they have not received them. On Friday, I called and a consultant called Siphesihle Hints and tried to help me, she was kind and understanding. To my surprise today, I call again to follow up and the consultant tells me it's because I didn't include a reason for my sim swap, which is there "I forgot the answers to the security questions". All. The information they requested is there and if Mtn doesn't have a template, how are we supposed to write what they want word for word??? I'm really angry now because it's the second time I lose a number to this affidavit nonsense. I'm unemployed and looking for work and all my calls and messages go to that number.
<p>I've tried to cancel this several times. The 1500 they promised never showed up and I don't remember agreeing to this whole stupid thing. Its irritating to reverse every month, and why make another company do your dirty work for you???</p> <p> </p>
<p>this lady sits t counter 11. When I first went to get a confirmation letter she said nedbank only issues statements and fills in forms for proof of banking details. I told her there is a letter as I have received one before. She searched for it for a good 20 minutes, took my fingerprints over and over. When she finally found it she was typing super slow, she would type one word, then look at the screen and so on. After a long time I got my letter.<br />today I wanted to reverse a debit order. I first called the call center and the lady I got said they don't do reversals if the reason is personal. Which was weird because the consultant who directed the call said I could do this online. Today unfortunately I got the same consultant (counter 11) and she told me that they do not do reversals at all only the call center does. I could not believe my ears as I didn't hve any problems In the past with Cape Town benches. <br /> <br />She is either stupid or she didnt attend training , she knows nothing!!! And Nedbank is very unclear about its rules.</p>
