Dear Mr Price Sport Maponya I don't know if Mr Price Sport in Maponya took the time to up skill their employees on customer care or something like that because on the 27 October 2025 at around 17h20, I went there and I wasn't assisted even though the employees saw I was looking for something I couldn't find there. I got there and asked one of the employees where ankle weights were and the unbothered young lady said and just pointed at the accessories section like I knew where exactly the weights were thinking that she'd follow me to assist me (I think that's part of her job not sure though after today) she just continued having a hot conversation with her ***orker I went to the accessories area which was a mess and unbelievably tiny to walk through as a plus size woman (on a weight loss journey) another male employee noticed I was looking around with confusion as to what the heck was I still doing here, he didn't even ask or do anything, I just wish that store have the same customer service as Sportscene and Totalsport Maponya the second you walk in those employees are like flies on rotten meat big ups to them with their excellent quality customer service. So I don't know if it's because I'm a plus size woman and surely I don't belong there accordingly to them and their behavior towards me, yeah it felt a bit fatphobic and very discouraging for someone trying to live a healthy lifestyle. Fix whatever it is that's going on there or it will definitely closed down soon but believe me when I say you've lost a customer in me. Thank you for absolutely nothing
I order the traditional Hot Cross Buns 8s x3 at Pick n Pay Soweto Hyper through Mr D with a sell by date of 19 April 2025 meaning that these items need to be consumed by the end of the day not tomorrow, not Monday nor Tuesday. So whoever packed the order just wanted to move these buns with my order not thinking I would check to order. This store needs to understand what sell by date mean cause these items should have been on mark down rather than sold online just because I'm not there doesn't mean I'm not a valuable customer.
For the governament to refer 2024 matric to TVET colleges because of universities are full isn't a problem but the problem is referring them to TVET colleges such is this one particularly Molapo campus for a campus that is so close to the Head Office I'm not expecting such black people behaviour for an institution that believes in batho pele its all about them. Firstly before you consider this campus look at other TVETs cause here during registration you will be treated like a headless chicken cause no one knows whats happening from Management to SRC which makes me wonder how they were elected. If you are not a popular student you are treated like **** that's how you are able to registered quicker and get access to other things easier. I wish to know the selection process when it calls to lecturer cause those people are rude to the core and don't know how to treat students or parents proper they feel they are superior from all and the campus management allows them, you can hear from their tone when you ask them a simple question they responses is so condescending. One lecturer without realising that I was a guardian there spoke to me out of term today and I was very quick to dismiss him for his rude behaviour and a staff member (the coloured lady who works on the resource centre or library as they call it) was quick to tell me that he was a Lecturer and I respond that he wasn't my lecturer and it doesn't permit him to speak to me like that, so I guess its the kind of behaviour that is allowed there and that's how your children will be treated, its as if the lecturers are picked from the streets or tarvens. I wish the campus would be more professional and understanding that when people come for registration they lack information and are confused on where to go and what do. I wish they would be proper trained on emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills as well as preparing on time regarding registration and who will do what and how that will help all of us to complete everything on time with no hassle and systems dying conveniently at 14:30 pm and not mentioning it to their prospective clients but because we are desperate for our kids to get an education we have to allow such disgusting behaviour heard parents and children saying that they are expecting such black tendencies at this campus because its in Soweto but going to Roodepoort and Roodepoort West you will get good service and because I have first hand experience I agree but it shouldn't be like that. Even though I'm not expectating any response from this but as a concern parent I want this to assist prospective clients to know about this campus and to look for other colleges like CJCs and other government registered colleges cause they might be better and this one ain't it.
If you a women and you don't know anything about tracks or anything related to cars, don't associate yourself with Cartrack they will make your life miserable. I requested a de-installation that my track in mid October then changed my mind and informed them I was guaranteed that the credit note was remove then I received multiple calls from their agents every day and any time and informed them that I wasn't remove the track, so they should remove the credit I was promised that it will be done and I moved on with my life only to be surprised with a deduction of R870 on November 24 why I don't know, called accounts and could tell customer service wasn't their forte and empty promise were made again I was requested to reverse the payment cause I was given a lousy excuse that they can only pay me back after 21 days and how is that my problem cause I informed before the deduction date that I didn't need the de-installation service anymore, which I did though. But it happened again on the 30th then 14th December then I called and requested to speak to the senior manager cause the agents work ethic and service delivery is at a all time low then spoke to some lady by the name Jacqueline something that's when I was convinced that the so called senior managers don't know what they are doing and after complain to her I requested that she put everything on email so I can have proof that the credit note was removed to this day I haven't received an email nor confirmation that the credit note has been removed, I called again on Thursday 14th December to check on her and I was told that the Account department has left so clear she wasn't going to help me and that is disappointing. I just want to end this contract with them cause it's not worth it, try other tracking companies because Cartrack is an epic fail. I kindly assist
The lack of respect that the employees at Food *****'s Eatery at Bank City have for their customers is low, a customer requested assist and the security officer went and asked for assistance the man working at the bakery said she will because they are able to wait a Shoprite and the ladies at the bakery laughed and still didn't give her attention. The employees at the Grill Station are beyond rude and they don't response when you greet/call on them, you will wait in line for long for no reason without them informing you that there's no chicken to grill my question is where is the signage or just inform customer without making them wait for no reason that you are out of stock but to be honest there's always a shortage of food there regardless the it's festive season. Don't get me started on the cashiers they have mini gossip session at the till and make side eye jokes amongst each other and the security while staring at customer meaning that they are making jokes about the customers. I thought that the Eatery situated at Bank City would have a sense of class and great customer service but it seems like Themba's Tuck Shop in the location it's disappointing, I don't know if it's a franchise or not but yoh you need to train you employees, I'd rather go to Shoprite cause its better than the service there that I've received the past two days and I just made excuses for them yesterday but today I was enough.
The ****ery that is Rain Network will make sure that the ruin your day. I had network problems for close to two months I report on their Facebook account and their lousy app then I decided to cancel their services as I was paying for nothing then I was called by a sales agent who convinced me not to terminate their services then he proceed promising me heaven and earth that he would make sure he changed the network tower I was assigned to, get a technician to come place the route out and also I won't pay for August and September but guess who got a payment notification today. I called they and I was assisted by a lady by the name Kodwa but it seemed like she was being coached because what she was she didn't my sense then when I wanted the matter to be escalated to her manager she said she was transferring the call to the Billing department then all of a sudden the call ended. I don't appreciate being disrespectful like that and I kindly request that the deducted money be paid back as I agreed not to terminate and continue with your service and your agent was the one who promised you all no payment for two month for August and September.
Best Service Ever at Rocomamas Westgate, I waited close to 15 minutes because it was full and honestly I noticed it was hectic for them but I still ordered thinking that take aways are faster but it wasn't because of the number of orders they had I was told that my order would take another 20 minutes and I couldn't wait that long. I then told them to cancel the order but the manager was called and he kindly asked me to wait for the order which took 15 or 20 minutes but he gave me feedback of my order every single time and he then allowed me to make another order on top of the order I initial made which was pure kindness which I really appreciate and I must say this was the best service ever. Thanks to the manager and waiter I didn't get their names biggest mistake ever but keep up the good work.
Before you take ADT alarm system in Soweto think twice, I was forced or manipulated to take ADT 3 year contract, because it a well known Security company which is now in Soweto but the service is questionable and not so great firstly you'll never see they roving around the area only when the alarm traps they'll come but 2 hours later by that time I've already secured the area myself but in a case where there's really danger I'd be dead "talk about safety" I had to join another security company to assist ADT as their visibilityis at a 0 in the EXT 44 Protea Glen. Now their alarm system is malfunctioning now and I notified them I was told I still had warranty and the technician called and told me I had to pay R 400 and something because the malfunctioning battery was caused by Loadshedding and how is that my fault, Am I the one switching on and off the electricity. I pay them monthly for a mediocre service and now I have to pay the same money I pay monthly. Just come and take your alarm system cause I dont see the point of it.
If you are thinking of buying a house at New Protea, Star Village whatever you want to call it don't waste your time or energy because you will be taking up a liability. Firstly the these houses cost an arm and a leg with small yards and cheap material used to build these useless structure then within weeks you'll be call cosmopolitan like craze cause you'll get leaks on the roof, pavement will be sinking in or just not done correctly, paints peeling off, lights not working or plugs, tiles, doors not installed correctly then the bonus of this all is the electricity issues for a new development we dont have a load shedding schedules and we purchase electricity and there's no bridging in site but the development next to us are notorious for those things and we are affected by their problems how and why I don't and Cosmopolitan isn't doing anything about it coz there are busy with 45. The sale person and Cosmopolitan staff will sell you a dream once you are in you are on your own with bank and you can't turn back. Please look elsewhere for a house and don't take Cosmopolitan because Cosmopolitan is using black people desperation and need to invest in the future to benefit them then drop you like a hot potatoe. We are laughing stocks now cause in houses that cost an arm and a leg in small yard with so many problems that cab cause you mental illness. I'm advising a broken person cause I owe the bank some for this **** hole and once you are done signing all your documents with your agents (who will disappear on you) there's no turning back. Please please stay away from Ext 44.
It's been 5 days without network connection I've been logging calls and now emailing no response whatsoever, it's as if they don't care. My payment are always up to date and the network has been gone so far but now I don't know and there's no updates I can't work from home, I can't stream. I'm so annoyed I normally get updates but this time no it's been 5 days I think I'll change network providers asap.
