I went to buy a cylinder and it didn’t fit on my heater, went back to ask for help as I thought maybe the size was incorrect. Thomas who assisted me found it funny that I struggled to put in the cylinder on my heater, he just stood there and laughed at me. He then said I must bring the heater for him to insert it, WOW!! I am truly disappointed…. What a waste of time and my petrol.
Customer service received from Juliet Nkoenyane at Shoprite Boulders was shocking, her attitude was so inappropriate!
This is regarding a Bladlows account. On the 12 May I sent an email requesting for a settlement amount which was not sent to me, I needed to pay up the account therefore I paid the amount on the statement which was R10 307,61. I have now received a “Settlement quote” that I must pay R1600 which doesn’t make sense to me and Lethabo Phasha had a nerve to tell me that I was suppose to call and request for a settlement amount prior to paying. WHAT??????? Did anyone respond to my email? I paid what was shown on my statement, where is the total due coming from?

I have applied for a credit card on the 2nd May, which was approved and I was informed that I would receive the QPC with 24 hours. On the 6th I was told that the card has been ordered and I’ll have to wait for the QPC called again on the 10th, 11th and 12th same story. On the 13th which is today I spoke to a few consultants which promised to send an email while I was on the line I waited and waited, they kept on hanging up calls! Shu what a bad service.
I have logged disputes on the 5th of January, followed up with no response until I got the reference number on the 3rd of February that disputes were logged and under investigation and that it would take up to 20 business days to be resolved. It has been 20 business days and I haven’t received any response this is very frustrating! Please assist urgently as I can’t make any credit applications!

I have called a million times and prior to my calls being answered I hold for 30 minutes once answered they don’t assist me but put me on hold. I have sent emails, logged disputes online but still not assisted! I even went to the Bryanston office and was not allowed to go in, I’m hopeless!
