Hippo.co.za... aka spam factory.

Do not use these guys for quotes!!! Once they have your number they sell it to spammers and you will be harassed for months with spam calls. If you see the other similar complaints on this forum they say the same thing to everyone. We're sorry. Your complaint is escalated. They don't do anything!

FNB (First National Bank)

Poor service again from FNB.

On the 2nd of February I made a international transfer using the Ooredoo Money app from Qatar. Till today I have received no communication from FNB even though the transaction is supposed to be instant. On the Qatar side I was informed that the issue is with my bank. I am not sure what has happened to FNB over the last few years. Pathetic service and being a so-called "Private Client" means nothing. Decided to cancel the transaction on the Qatar side due to no response from FNB. Time to change banks!

Fnb becoming worse and worse.

Opened an FNBy account for my son. It's on his name and the card is due for collection. Made the mistake to try and use the secure chat feature as I am currently out of the country. Fnb is insisting that I personally pick up the card and hand it to my son. They won't even accept my wife, who is also a FNB client, and son together to collect the card. Decided to cancel the card and close the account and apparently there are debit orders on the new account that doesn't even have a card yet. Fnb has become a joke of a bank. Time to make a move.

Cant renew my driving license because I cannot book a slot in Vanderbijlpark. This is just another government institution that is beyond useless!!!

Pathetic service from vodacom

Pathetic service. For more than a year I have been asking for them to cancel my contracts and they have still not done it. I refuse to pay any further payments until they cancel the contracts and send the final bill. Then I will pay.

Spam calling. Recieved 8 calls in the last 3 days. I block each number but they keep getting through. I have asked several times to remove me from your calling list.

Very poor service

DHA in Vanderbijlpark is an absolute joke. Been here 3hours and I've managed to get my photo taken for my passport renewal. Let's see how long it takes to get my passport finalised at counter 1.
