I upgraded my medical aid option based on the fact that I'd have the new D2D+ savings benefit, however Fedhealth is unable to give me the name of a single doctor or pharmacy that offers the Health Risk Assessment required for this. So they are advertising a benefit that does not exist! It's super *********, ******* and against the Consumer Protection Act. Im now stuck paying more than double my previous premium for nothing! Very unhappy with Flexifed 1 - wish I had stayed on Savvy.
I was told that I have until the 30th of November to upgrade my medical aid. Today is the 30th of November. I want to upgrade to Flexifed 1, but the option is no longer available on the dashboard. Please assist urgently!

I've ordered food a lot from Woolworths online and there have been issues every single time. All deliveries are late. Once it was 4 hours late, no apology. My last order was an hour late. I have a very busy schedule and don't have time to wait around for groceries. Items are always missing and there's no communication or substitutions, regardless of what option I choose, resulting on me having to drive to the shops anyway, which defeats the purpose of ordering online. The call centre and store have no communication with their drivers and are unable to give answers when an order is late. Lastly, delivery instructions from the website order are not passed onto the invoice, driver and store, resulting in a lot of confusion and frustration. The store (Woolworths Eastgate) didn't even have the name of my complex even though I entered it when placing the order.
I want to pay my bond insurance because the debit order didn't go through. I tried phoning the call centre but just get transferred multiple times before being cut off. How do I pay? It seems like this platform is my only chance of getting a reply.
I have a Protea Hotel voucher (NOT PROKARD) that I've been trying to use for days now but the website proteavouchers.com is down. I've tried calling reservations and sending emails but I just get passed from one department to another and no-one actually knows what is going on. I'm really annoyed now - what kind of circus is Protea hotels running that no-one can tell me how to use my voucher? Can I be refunded then since I have no way of booking?!
I ordered from Checkers Sixty60 on Sunday the 23rd of October. It should have been 4-5 bags but only 1 arrived. I submitted an issue for the missing items but a measly R219.94 was credited back to me, nowhere near the value of the missing groceries. I have phoned the call center 3 times. Each time I get told I'll be refunded/credited within 24-48 hrs and I'm still waiting! You guys have literally stolen my money and I'm absolutely disgusted! ORDER #32286626

It's been over 2 weeks - the order says "packed" online, but I received a message that its been handed over the a courier over a week ago. I've sent numerous emails and I recieved no response or "we'll look into it". I've also called numerous times and the call either gets cut off or again they say "we'll look into it" and noone calls back!!!! The trcaking number I was given telephonically (unacceptable), does not work! WHERE IS MY ORDER MAKRO?!

I ordered a phone and Red Flexi contract on the Vodacom website. Before I ordered the phone, I Googled whether it's possible to keep my existing number and found something on the Vodacom website that said yes, it is. However, nowhere did it say that I need to stipulate this when I order the phone. When I ordered it, I was not asked online or by the consultant if I want to keep my number. When I got the phone and tried to do the sim swap by SMS, it was unsuccessful. So, it's very poor communication from Vodacom's side. I have now lost my number that I've had for over 15 years - thanks Vodacom for the administrative nightmare you have caused for me!!!!
