Capital Legacy promised the world before we signed up. After my father-in-law’s death, the process stalled within months. No feedback, no updates, and impossible to reach by phone or email. At the time we needed support most, they disappeared.
I app**** to Rentoza online, and the process immediately raised concerns. The money was taken from my account upfront, and I was then required to provide sensitive personal information, including copies of my bank account, ID document, and a selfie. After submitting everything, the process suddenly halted, and I received a notification saying I didn’t meet their requirements—without any explanation as to why. Despite being declined, they now have all my personal details on record, which feels highly invasive and unnecessary. What they advertise versus how they operate is completely different. I would strongly advise anyone considering Rentoza to stay away. Their approach feels misleading, and the lack of transparency is deeply unsettling. Proceed with caution.
What a rude experience. I have a Homechoice account for many years and thought let me support them since they call me literally every second day asking to buy something. I ordered a heater online. This morning I received the rudest call from one of their consultants 'verifying' that I actually ordered the heater. She asked me probably about 30 questions, from old addresses that I stayed at, Confirming old phone numbers, confirming 3 other retail accounts I have, confirming postal codes, and you name it. When I asked her how much more does she want know she said, since I am unhappy to answer all these questions she will cancel the order and literally put the phone down in my ear. I will advise people to stay far away from Homechoice. They clearly don't train their staff and they leave you distasteful.
First Help Towing - tows under false pretense, My son was in an accident and I had organized my own towing service. On my way to the accident scene I received a call from First Help Towing wanting to tow the vehicle. I told them to leave it as I have already organized a towing company. They however said they will do it cheaper and they will not charge storage, On that condition I agreed and cancelled the other towing service. However they now don't take my calls, they transfer me from one person to the next and the driver that towed the car also does not answers his calls anymore.
<div>My son was in an accident of the weekend. I arranged my own towing service which were on their way to the scene. I then received a phone call from Johannes Hendricks (Oupie) from First Help. He said they will tow the vehicle for me but I explained to him I already got my own company but he said they will do it cheaper. I told him I don't want them to tow it because of the storage charges they charge but he said he spoke to his manager and there will be no charges except for the towing of R1000 and they will bring the vehicle to me today. After I confirmed is several times I said it is ok he can tow the vehicle then. However today when I call he is either too busy to speak to me or ignores my phone calls. Nobody at the office knows about his arrangement with me and say I must speak to him. To take advantage of people when their loved ones are dying next to the road is disgusting and to disappear afterwards even more. He just said whatever he needed to in order to tow the vehicle to their yard.</div>
I have ordered a phone through Mondo. They asked DSV repeatedly to deliver on OTP and not biometrics because it does not work and it has been weeks now and I still have not feedback or delivery
I can’t get delivery of my contract phone. DSV is unable to deliver and they do not receive from MTN.
I always received prompt feedback and response from Vumatel when there was a service issue but this time around nothing happens and I don’t even get any response on my ticket queries.
I am very frustrated with the couriers you guys use - DSV. They refuse to deliver my package even though Mondo has requested for it to be delivered several times now. I honestly don't know what to do anymore.
I waited forever for DSV to deliver my MTN parcel. On delivery today their new biometrics device fails. I have just been told that I can wait up to 10 days for another delivery attempt and if it fails again my contract with MTN will just be cancelled. Rude service, faulty devices. If you put your fingerprint on the device there is a big line going down in the middle of the print. The driver just said it might be scratch on the sensor.
