Simon came to my house on 10 April 2025. Stated my MCB Board for my treadmill needs to be repaired. He mentioned he is importing a new MCB board from China. Each time he makes arrangements to come and replace the board he cancels or goes AWOL. Please be careful guys!! i seen all the reviews a little too late!
I have a spectre x360. My PC has been booked in for the blue screen error and automatically shuts down. The Ensure Services fulfilled the warranty and repaired my machine. Within a year of it being repaired the same issue came back. This time the damage seemed to be a bit worst based on the parts that were replaced. It took ensure Services about a month to repair it. Worst experience ever as I received pathetic service from them. Based on reviews on various forums it seems like this is a common issue on the spectre yet no recall was done. We find this to be absolutely pathetic for such a high end machine to have such issues and no resolution. Furthermore the service centre's aren't any better as they don't give proper feedback or resolve the issues on hand.
I have a hp spectre 360. In 2021/2022 my machine used to randomly get a blue screen error and automatically shuts itself down. My laptop was still under warranty and hp advised that Ensure Services can repair the laptop as its still under warranty. Within a year of the repair the same issue came back. I communicated with the manager at Ensure Services and booked my machine in on 14 February 2024. It was the worst experience ever. No one could give me full clarity of what's the status of my repair. I was always just told the parts are on back order. Numerous messages were left for the manager responsible but no courtesy call or feedback was provided from him. My machine eventually got repaired almost a month later. Within 2 weeks of receiving my PC it now does not go on at all. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic and yet the company boasts about servicing over a million happy clients. The senior manager himself does not even respond to emails. There has also been numerous complaints on various forums with the spectre and no clarity can be obtained if there was a recall on these machines or not. I'm am now sitting with a 'high end' machine that doesn't even switch on.
Firstly FNB blocks your account due to FICA without a notification. Secondly. I temporarily blocked my card via the call center on 30 Nov 2023. I was told I have to go to a branch to unblock my account. Today I went to the branch closest to me and spent over 2hrs there. The consultant told me that my card and account is active and all is in order. When I purchased something my card declined. I spoke to Palesa via secure chat who said she can't assist. I called the ***** department and spoke to 2 consultants. 1 being Lebo and i cant remember the other lady. Both of these consultants put me on hold and will get back to me with feedback only to find out that BOTH these people just divert my call back to the call center and I have to wait in the queue. This is pathetic service from a once reputable bank!
Pathetic response time from control room. My alarm triggered at 20.17 and the control room calls me at 21.53. I requested to speak to a supervisor my the control room agent puts me on hold and then cuts my call. With no call back. Second time I'm having an issue in 1 week. What's the point of dispatching a vehicle almost 2 hours later and being charged for it???
I dealt with Louie Witbooi who promised me a spotters fee for every successful referral. 4 cars were successfully sold through my referral and now Mr Witbooi keeps changing his story on why the spotters fee cannot be paid to me. I have confirmation of where the spotters fee was confirmed and promised by Louie
Telkom has been billing me for a contract that was canceled on 5 May 2019... it's impossible to get a consultant to assist me with the refund. Telkom does not even respond to their emails despite there turnaround time. I have requested a call back but to no avail either. I tried chatting to a consultant and then they end the chat. There's just no winning.
I have been battling to get a refund on my account from 2017. I've made numerous follow ups and calls to mtn regarding my refund but to no avail. This has been a frustrating process. Each time a consultant mentions that the refund will be processed but it never happens.
I have canceled my 5G service on 1 Dec 2021. I received a response from a consultant on the 9th of December to which I immediately replied. To date I have not received a response to my email or numerous subsequent follow up emails. I called Rain on the 14th December and Nikita mentioned she will get back to me. To my surprise I'm still awaiting her callback. I called again on the 20th Dec and spoke to Tshepo who escalated my query. And to no surprise there's still no response. Service regarding cancelations is Pathetic.
So when the s21 series was launched samsung had a promo where the galaxy buds live/pro and the tag can be claimed. i claimed my buds pro and tag (with the s21 ultra purchase) on the 5th of March 2021. to date i have not received my products. follow ups were made via the live chat on 29 March 2021, 6 April 2021 & 14 April 2021, however the consultants provide the same response on each follow up... yes my claim was approved on the 8th of March. however due to a backlog my items will be dispatches and the courier has a 2 week turnaround time. but its the same response on each follow up. meaning me products were not dispatched as yet and no further clarity can be provided.
