I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding the service I received from one of your agents, Leanne Engelbrecht, in relation to a rental property she posted on Monday evening at 21:00. Upon seeing the listing, I immediately sent a request for a call and followed up with a WhatsApp message, as my wife and I have been struggling for over nine months to secure a rental due to repeated non-responsiveness from agents. We are ready with our deposit and urgently seeking a place to stay. On Tuesday, I attempted to call Leanne five times. She finally answered during the last call and mentioned she was at the police station. She also informed me that she had already received three applications for the property. I was surprised and disappointed, as I had reached out promptly after the listing was posted, yet I was not provided with an application form nor given a fair chance to apply. Despite my continued efforts—including two calls to your office where I was told my number would be passed on to Leanne—I have not received any follow-up communication from either Leanne or your office. The only response I received was a short voice note from Leanne at 13:48 stating she would send the application forms once back at the office. I followed up again at 17:42 to ask if the forms had been sent, but received no reply. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disheartening. If Leanne was unable to respond due to personal matters, I believe it would have been appropriate for someone else from your team to assist in sending out the application forms. It feels as though my application was deliberately overlooked, which is unacceptable given our urgent need and readiness to proceed. I respectfully request an explanation for this lack of communication and unequal treatment. I also ask that you ensure fair and timely responses to all applicants moving forward, especially those in urgent need of housing.

I am writing to express my frustration and seek urgent assistance regarding an ongoing issue with my tax numbers and the SARS eFiling system. Four years ago, I was sequestrated and subsequently received a new tax number. In November 2023, I was issued another new tax number. However, my previous tax number has been deactivated, and I am unable to submit any returns on SARS eFiling. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this issue over the phone, the consultants have not been able to understand my problem. They repeatedly provide the same steps, which do not work, as I am unable to click on the tax returns menu. I urge you to log in to my profile and see for yourself what I am experiencing. I am not going to attempt to submit tax returns or pay any tax unless this issue is resolved. This is my final attempt to resolve this matter through SARS. I urgently request that you remove the deactivated tax number from my profile and correct the current tax number so that I can submit my returns without further issues. How the **** do you guys want to be paid twice a month? You guys installed a new fiber line the first of May 2020 and now the 14 of may 2020 you cut of my line because i didn't pay? Hi this will be the 3rd time that im informing MFC that the debit order for the outstanding amount on my 2006 Audi A3 didn't go off. it seems that MFC dont worry if a debit order go off, this will be the last time that i will inform you about the debit order, because MFC cant even call me to say that my debit order didn't go off, in the next coming months i will not call or inform you if the debit order don go off, as i have call many times to tell MFC about it.
after a week i still haven't hear anything from the bank or the dealer, the dealer is owing me money and dont respond on anything, the bank also dont respond after i sent out numerous emails to them, my car is now standing for 2 weeks and know one can tell me what to do? can i sue the dealer for the money he didn't give back? i cant pay for a car that is just standing in the garage the hole time, dont buy a car from mega auto in boksburg.
