January 2023 between 12 or 16 not sure with the date but went to Tutela office in springs Geduld to assist me hence I was sent by Werda primary school were I registered my son (Botshelo Motsugi) for grade 1.the school wanted a guardian document to prove that his under my care before they can accept him. Indeed coming to the office i was help by the white lady forgot her name explained everything to her then she informed me I must go to the other room I found two black ladies and explained my story and lady wrote my details and promise they will call me. A week past with no call I had to call them back coz I was pushed by the pressure am getting from school office that they not going to accept my son without that guadship letter and mind you already school were few days opened!! A man by the name of Bongane asked me to come collect that letter so I can send to school then also SASSA OFFICE for him to also receive grant he informed how the procedure works in foster care then he mentioned he is the one who will be handledling my case. Follwed the procedure I got from him going to court etc then application started. Feb, March,April passed without any communication!!! As much I understand that am not the Only one with a application at Tutela and I don't want to be treated in that special case but the silent for me was surprisingly. I had to call the office for the Third time to ask whats going on the lady I spoke to promised to give update hence Bongane no longer work in the office.They will contact me once they find someone to take over my case. Second of May I received a call from their office and the lady mention they just got my file and they want to book and appointment to come to my house for inspection etc. Two weeks past on and two ladies came. I've asked them after the interview etc whats the next step coz as much I understand the procedure might take longer but the communication its lacking coz I want to put the son to my medical aid and I can't do that without everything been finalized. They told me am almost done they just have to book an appointment with other social workers for me and Botshelo to check the relationship etc then after its court then everything will be done. 20 June2023 at 15:26 pm I received a call from the lady by the name of Sphelele if am not mistaken she introduced her self calling from Tutela office and she asked me if I can explain FROM THE START whats going !!! Haibo!! I was so puzzled like really whats going on here???because two ladies came last month to interview and check the house etc so you calling me today to ask me to start explaining from the beginning. I asked her if the ladies didn't write on the file exactly what happening? Coz am pretty much sure they did coz they also asked me same question and they were writing everything down. She became so arrogantly rude her tone just changed telling me if I don't want to explain she will hang up the call and move to another file!! Like really 😒. So I asked her so which means am not allowed to ask any questions because if am gonna explain again from the beginning you will be the FOURTH person now since i stepped in that Office. She responded there's Nothing she can do if i don't want to talk she will put my file aside then she hang up.I was so furious and annoyed with her the Disrespect?? because first her telling me she will hang up and move to another file as if she's doing me a favor here. I really fail to understand what's going on here!! As much as Bongane explained the procedure BUT THIS??? Where is Batho Pele principles?? I am very disappointed on this service I went to the office Monday after that rude call and that didn't find her and ever since I haven't received Any communicating. Am totally heartbroken with such service . If someone resigned Definitely they do a hand over to someone new. I really ask myself is this how our grandparents are treated because majority of the they do foster care. The suffering of months waiting patiently and we get such *** service specially from a woman who is a mother maybe not knowing how difficult to raise a child . You Tutela people were suppose to meet us half way I believe by taking this kids in our care and taking full responsibility we trying to avoid this kids not to be raised on Streets meeting up with people who just doing their job because they expecting a salary end of the month clearly we still have a long way to for a better change!!! Till today as am written this email I haven't received any feed back nor communication so clearly my file has been putted aside like she mentioned. As for Sassa application I don't even wanna mention that coz ever since Bongane gave me that letter to go with it to their office I've been running around like a headless chicken been sent from. Pillar to post ... till this day Botshelo haven't received any better service from both of this department.
On a call right now with Thiago from a account department requesting a confirmation letter that my account is up to date and am still holding on for 30mims now!!! Whats so difficult to email such important information i need hence it was not even my fault that the account its in errors?? Can someone send me that confirmation letter pls coz I can't even use my statement I received it doesn't count
I am a stockpiller person and was very excited to see Shoprite cash and carry store opened near my house. Today went shopping for few bulk things on special and those items were Satiskin bubble bath 6 for R354.Maq silk fabric 6 for R115 and Colgate toothpaste 12 for R160 all this goods were written " ALL VARIENTS" on the pamphlet. Unfortunately I was not allowed to buy those items in different variants even though it was written there .They called the manager by the name of Rowland Noylor who was arrogant his manner of approach to me i really did not accept such behavior!! I asked him to explain to me the meaning of "All varient" I questioned him what so difficult here coz all the items were not in bulk on the shelf. He then allowed to sell Satiskin bubble bath in different flavors only When I asked him abt other products I want he told me aggressive manner he can only do one product. I fail to understand that because even if he did approve other product I was still gonna pay same price according to the pamphlet and it was not like they had to open a close bulk. He was very rude and arrogant 😒 my question was if he can approve for one product to be purchased in variety what was so difficult to approve the other two products I want?? I know as a customer u pay for what you see on the pamphlet I asked for customer service number so that atleast one can explain or make me understand when buying in" all variety " mean. He just left me there and unfortunately the number I got from the plastic didn't exist. I ended up paying for those Colgate and maq in one bulk flavor. Am very disappointed with such service specially if we gonna be approach with such attitude with a person who fails to clarify " all variants " as a manager! On my way out I asked one of the guys to show me a bathroom hence I was with my son needed a loo. To my Surprise there are no public toilets for us customers like really?? How can I big company like this doesn't have a toilet for their customers 😕. One of the staff ask the security if they can allow me to use their private bathroom and unfortunately overheard them I have to get my own toilet paper hence the company doesn't supply for them they also have to bring their own from home. How can Managers like Rowland allow such for their staff? Like really if he can't even treat well his clients with Respect what about their staff who works close to 8 hours with a dirty bathroom no cleaners no toilets papers am very disgusted abt all this!!
I have a contract with cell c for almost 4 years now with different contracts apparently a debit for December didn't go through and really don't understand how so hence money was there in my account then January they debit lower amount of which that not the monthly bill they suppose to debit.i made few calls and no one can explain exactly what happening hence I end up reversing the amount t thy debited on February. Till today I still don't get any break down of statement. Yesterday I received a call from collection and I kindly ask the lady to explain what this huge amount comes from I don't mind paying but I need clarification there. She transferred the call to other department and the lady I spoke to is Neo who also failed to explain .she was so impatience with me while I kept on asking her abt my statements amounts. She kept me waiting for 2 hours on a call I have prove of that coz I really fail to understand ain't we allowed to ask questions if we don't understand what's going on the the account?? I am very disappointed on this service am will to settle the amount I owe only there is a valid reason and right amount
I am very disappointed I've been using rain since 2021 and all was well until I received a call from them for an upgrade to 5G. Had no problem hence it was on special. An Agent by the name of Brandon called and he assisted with an upgrade to 5G before we continue he asked to to cancel the 4G first on my side and explain that am upgrading to 5G I asked him if I won't get disconnected on 4G he said no until on the 25 of December to my surprise after two days I was disconnected Now this messing up with my job hence am still working at home. I tried to call but failed. Only today receiving a call from courier company that my upgrade package will be delivered next week really it can't be accepted am working at home and I can't be absent from work whole week. Can you guys fix this ASAP IT seems like BRANDON just wanted to make a sale and forgot that it affecting me on my side.
On the 16 of August 2022 I took a contract phone “ IPhone 13” which it was under vodacom promotion. I was assisted by Bongi Nhlanhla Tshabalala. Submitted all documents and I was approved received my phone, went to vodacom shop to pay activation fee and took insurance same day. The guy at vodacom explain that the first instalment will be deducted next month.Now September comes no debit order goes through, I waited till end of sep nothing is happening. On the 5th of October called the vodacom call centre to find out ways happening and the agent explain to me that the deduction date was the first of each month, I failed to understand that coz when you sign a contract the sales person ( Bongi)ask when would u like debit date “ and I am 100% sure I did mention the 25th of each month hence it’s my pay day. Anyway the agent from vodacom changed the date and asked me if I will be able to pay the two behind instalment of which i I did not agree hence I work on budget unlesss he breaks down the amount into two of which I end up agreeing to that and the amount should be debited on 25of October. Today 2 November I received a call from vodacom collection department and they telling me they never received any money from my account so I asked the lady to re check my details because I fail to understand why there’s no money being debited. Only to find out that they have capitac account of which I Fail to understand that coz when I submitted my documents for application my Absa 3months bank statement was there included with my payslips so why capitac??? Then I went to incredible store I asked to speak to the manager and Tebogo came for assistance,explained everything to him then he said he will investigate then give me feedback. After an hour I receive a call luckily I was still around the mall but it was not Teboho but a woman by the name of Bongi the one who assisted me on first place by taking the contract. Her arrogant tone asking me why I went straight to the manager to report such hence she was the one who was helping me ?? Told her am still around the mall am coming to speak to her indeed when I got to the shop. She explained rudely to me that there is nothing they can do because already my details were there on the system when I applied for the contract and she just submitted what she saw on the system. Yes she’s right by saying my details are on their system because I onced took a cellphone contract with them 6 to 7 years ago!!!So my question is whose is Responsible to check the system details and updated the documents handed over by client to verify if they still the same?? 2 when I gave her my ABSA statement including my payslips clearly she didn’t follow up the details hence she was supposed to confirm if the salary appears on my Bank statement.I believe there a steps and protocols that need to be followed before sending applications for approval. 3 whose suppose to take Responsibility of all this coz the way she was so highly rude and arrogant in front of other clients who were there at the shop that time telling me she doesn’t care I can do what ever I want. Funny when I asked to see my contract the Absa bank statement it’s there!! Am so Frustrated,Angry and Dissatisfied on this .my name is now going to be on bad record unnecessary because of ssomeone who didn’t do their job correctly. I need this to be fixed with vodacom ASAP and the will be no penalties I will be paying on the errors. And I would request to take back Bongi Nhlanhla Tshabalala back to training clearly if she can’t even Respect her own Manager then we as clients who are we??
I took an cellphone contract at incredible connection store on the 16th of August 2022 an IPhone 13 that was on promotion.i did specify that a debit order should be made on the 25th of each month of which its the day am getting paid. Come September no debt went through then I made a call on the 30th to find out wats going on the agent I spoke to told me to go back at the vodacom shop to rectify that of which I fail to understand why she couldn't do that over the phone or transfer the call to finance department. Went to the branch in springs mall and the guy told me they won't be able to help only the call center can assist with such. One of the colleague overheard the conversation then he said maybe I should go to incredible connection to check with them regarding the contract which date did I sign up for a debit order. Got to incredible connection store explain everything and the manager told me unfortunately they only sign up contracts they won't be able to assist.. what a waste of my time 😒 running around as if am the one who is on Fault here!!! Made a call Again to vodacom call centre hence no money is being debited yet so on the 5th of Oct 2022 finally got an assistant from agent and explained whats going on so apparently the contract specified the money must be debited on the 1st of each month 😒 but then I only get paid on the 25th why 1st?? And even if I agreed on the 1st why still no debit other going through, so guy apologized and he promised to rectify the date . So now I am behind with two installment and I told the guy I won't be able to pay that amount hence work on budget and its not my fault that the money was not debited on the day I requested but because I don't want to see my name on bad credit record I agreed that the amount must be divided in two installment instead of paying R3500 in one payment I can only afford R1700 for this month . To my surprise nothing has been done!!! No money was deducted again this month of October. We are in 1st of November today since I've taken the contract on the 16 of August no money is been deducting are u really guys expecting me to pay such huge amount of which its not even in my monthly budget??? I am not gonna pay any extra money or any late penalties 🙄 can u guys fix this contract or must I take the phone back to the shop co really I fail to understand whats going on
I have a policy with clientele from 2017 that covers me and my grandmother. I don't receive any update since day 1 till today . I decided to cancel the policy last month hence the amount keeps on increasing without any communication. Firstly spoke to one of the lady from cancelation department and she told me she sent email for confirmation. Last week spoke to Brian who also confirm that email was sent but I have received any on my side Today spoke to Prega Khumalo who also confirms that she sent email to confirm the cancelation of the policy even now today the 10 of October am still not receiving any email from you I don't know is it because am terminating the contract or what !! I need that confirmation email for weiver period hence I have found a very reasonable amount to pay. If anything happens between me or my grandmother you will be reliable to pay me whether the policy is canceled or not coz from my new policy the need that confirmation letter so that I don't have to be on a waiting period with my grandmother By the way both of my email and phone are working and I fail to understand why you agents keeps on saying the have sent email while on my side I don't receive any
<div> Today we went to old mutual at mall of carnival to claim for our late mother's policy and we were told that they been deducting double payment of which they were never been specific since when. they been deducting and on bank account it doesn't reflect as double deduction but normal one,now they told me they have to investigate meanwhile the funeral will take place this Thursday ,so now how we suppose to have a dignified funeral meanwhile we don't money to proceed with the funeral.ive been paying for this policy since 2004 and end of the day we get this ridiculous excuses and POOR SERVICE when it comes to pay out .PLEASE ASSIST THIS MATTER ASAP!!!! </div>
