I ordered some items for online collection and was unable to collect the package on time due to illness. The items were sent back to the warehouse and a refund was to be processed immediately and automatically, I have not been refunded in over 2 weeks now and the process was not supposed to be longer than 5 days. I have made several calls to Woolworths regarding this matter how I keep getting the runaround. Very disappointing!
I have been a premium subscriber of DSTV for almost 15 years. I redeemed a voucher on the app however the code did not work and I brought this to the attention of DSTV immediately and within the time frame. It's a month later and DSTV has still not resolved the issue and provided my replacement voucher even though I have sent over 20 emails. DSTV customer service is extremely poor and ********* as one of the agents attempted to trick me into thinking the issue was resolved.
Good day I purchase from MAC cosmetics on a regular basis and I received my order - please see details below. The order did not contain 2 of the 6 items and I received no notification from MAC regarding this which is most unprofessional. I have just chatted with an agent who has advised that my free gifts were not delivered as they were out of stock however the items are available online. Furthermore, she advised that the terms and conditions state that free gifts are subject to availability; however this is not included in the terms and conditions. This is in fact *****ulent information that I was provided with. They have no understanding of the Consumer Protection Act as well. Very disappointing. Thank you Michelle Gopalan
Poor service received from staff after requesting scheduling of a delivery as I work 7 days a week. Staff were very rude and refused to assist saying that they cannot do that after eventually agreeing to schedule the delivery. Asked to speak with the Manager who was equally rude. Hirsch's promotes their friendly staff however I would describe both staff as unfriendly and unpleasant. It is a simple request, I cannot understand why they don't make accommodations for working people. I am extremely disappointed.
I cannot believe the lack of professionalism from Samsung!!!!!!! I have not received a response in over a year despite them promising to look into my previous complaint that I did not receive my complementary item!!!!!
Absolutely terrible experience with VOX that I would not recommend. Their processes are extremely long and tedious and their communication is pathetic. I have an enquiry that has been open for almost a month and the agent is not responding to me but they have charged me. Do not use VOX!
Toys r us stole my money. I ordered items to collect in store a year ago and when I went to collect the items, they did not have them. I have attempted to resolve the issue with the store in question for a few months now and they are not interested in resolution. I would not recommend!
I am a female whose window has been shattered on Sunday and the glass is falling off piece by piece. I pay for Discovery Insure because I was told that the service is exceptional. The service is absolutely disgusting. I am still waiting for feedback and tomorrow will be the fourth day that half my window is left open unable to drive my vehicle. Supposedly this was a fast tracked claim. Everything is very slow. I have made numerous calls and I still do not know when my window will be replaced, It was also incorrectly logged as windscreen instead of window. Really would not recommend. This is the same service that you receive from any other insurer. There is nothing exceptional about Discovery Insure.
Mr Price online decides to start sending OTPs to an ancient cellphone number of mine all of a sudden. Called customer service to report it and they dropped the call. Deleted a R2000 cart and will not be shopping at MRP again.
Still awaiting feedback regarding my buds that were not delivered with my promo. It has been months now and Samsung does not seem to care. I would not recommend.
