i had a contract with vodacom i paid finish . i called in to cancel my contract i was told that vodacom is offering me a smart phone i will only pay for R180.00 airtime . and they will send me a device and a new simcard . they only send the decive no simcard was sent to me i called the a number of time but no help . vodacom than change debit order date to the 21st i dont know why as i was paying on the 25th and I never missed a payment i have incur bank changes because of their doing . on my old contract i never missed payment . i want the call recording when i was taking this contract and why are they charging device fee on the invoice ? i tried a number of times to contact vodacom with no luck .PLEASE CONTACT ME 0834267200 URGENTLY
