Not wanting to do the process as We were scared of ****s and people just taking the funds and leaving us in the dark, Melissa was amazing by helping us every step and assuring us on the process going forward. Always able to assist and with quick feedback. AMAZING WORK !!!
0 rating if i could. Been here for 2 months and worst ever. Days and days of whatsapp chat. Numerous issues Incorrect billing then want to bill if you want to cancel. Worst worst worst ever. Hope to warn others of this
Please teach your retension department some human manners. Lungi decided to raise her voice to me because i want to cancel my service BECAUSE IM MOVING PREMISES AND THE PROVIDER IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THAT AREA. Im with Openserve now and she still sees my old plan details. this is rather patethic and she couldnt even say good bye after a call just drops the LINE>,.,,,, after all the fight. my lines still not cancelled
Horrible experience. Purchased my first vechicle numerous up and down and car going back for things to fix. We are now told that its on our own cost from here on. We were told strut mounts was fixed, car came back with same noise again. We then said its not done, was told it WAS done. Later came back not done but will be for our own cost now even while vechicle is in the first 6 months of purchase. Everytime you need to hear yes it's a risk in buying second hand vechicle... After complaining received email from manager with feedback and he would get back to us. To date no feedback from the so clalled manager. Car was with dealership twice ( last time we needed to get own back up vechicle ) as accor**** to me they do not give back up vechicle they only did me a favour the first time This now happened twice that we were told a part was replaced and it wasnt. I wish i had done my hello peter home work before purchasing from them
after numerous calls, dead ADSL line for 3 days and now for the weekend as well no technician made contact with us. Charged full month but now it will be 5 days without internet, numerous reference numbers later everyone escalate and doesn't care to assist further. PATHETIC
I ordered from Charis jewellery which was then send to bex couriers. On 7th it was last updated and no movement since then. If you call bex you get send from department to department and eventually when someone helps you. They will track parcel and get back to you. I have contacted charis jewellery as well as bex and no one can give me a answer or have feedback on my parcel. Definitely my last order and use of this 2 companies. PATHETIC.. this was a birthday gift which is now 3 weeks late!!!

numerous admin issues. in total paid R1586.20 for monthly fees and had no benefit as the TECHNICIAN cannot enter our system. every mail send i just get a mail back with extra costs involved. definitely a waste of my time and money.
Ordered dog food. Reschedule previously as im not able to sit at home 24/7 Then waiting on my order for today... lost in transit!!!! How do you loose 25kg and 10kg DOG FOOD. Now costing me money to be on line with takealot for 25minutes without help.... i need to go and purchase dog food as i currently have non and where waiting in my dog food. Pathetic to say the lease. Worst of all its takealot team to deliver not even 3rd party... beyond pppppp******xxdddd
moved into our new property this weekend and 1 day later our geyser gave problems within phoning discovery insure (TEDDY LERUMO the consultant) and the home assist coming out and fixing the problem it was a smooth process. within 30 minutes all of this was done and plumbers left. thank you once again TEDDY LERUMO and A Call Away for the excellent service
